Pros:

Od personálu, cez čistotu až po raňajky všetko top kvalita. Jeden z najlepších hotelov, kde sme bývali. Oceňujem hlavne milý a fundovaný personál, čistotu, kvalitné zariadenie ( pohodlné matrace, osvetlenie aj v skrini, hygienické pomôcky, zatemnenie a odhlučnenie od ulice, nápojový set … ). Všetko v hotely nie je len funkčné, ale aj estetické, raňajková miestnosť na prvom poschodí má aj výhľady do mesta a všetky potraviny sú kvalitné ( vrátane nápojov ), pestré a čerstvé. Naša izba mala aj krásny výhľad na susediaci kostol a malý balkónik. Nábytok je nový a veľmi pohodlný. Hotel môžem len odporúčať.

Cons:

Hotel má strategicky výhodnú polohu a je priamo v turistickom centre a blízko metra. Čo ale znamená aj pomerne exponovanú lokáciu. Odhlučnenie od ulice ale má hotel absolútne skvelé, žiadny vplyv na spánok to nemá.

Excellent location for Madrid exploration
Pros:

Excellent location on a busy pedestrian street with short walks to amazing sights and busy shopping. That was our most important feature and it delivered. Facilities are modern and room was a decent size with room to unpack for a 5 night stay. Breakfast was included which was unusual in our experience on this trip in the Madrid area. The options weren't all to our preferences but we found some tasty options every morning that got us off to a good start. Bed was huge and very comfortable.

Cons:

While the complimentary bottle of water was nice, it would have been good to have more than one given we stayed for 5 nights. The key cards were constantly failing and needing reprogramming. Seemed pretty expensive but in line with alternatives.

El lugar está perfecto y apsesible para ir a visitar los lugares también está muy serca la comida

Cons:

No me gustó que el restaurante tiene las mesas muy pegadas y solo pueden acupar poco espacio para los demás .

Eine phantastische Zeit in einer traumhaft schönen Stadt!
Pros:

Die zentrale Lage, die Gestaltung des Hotels, das Frühstück, das Personal, das Zimmer.

Man muss sich darüber im Klaren sein, dass das Hotel sehr zentral gelegen ist und dementsprechend ist das Umfeld sehr lebendig.

Zentral gelegenes Hotel. Fußläufig waren viele Sehenswürdigkeiten erreichbar. Umfangreiches Frühstück. Nettes Personal.
