Buono, non buonissimo
Pros:

Il personale gentilissimo e disponibile, ottimo parcheggio, buona posizione.

Cons:

Camera non particolarmente bella, per essere un 4 stelle. Un solo cuscino, bagno molto bello. Colazione inclusa, non per vegani, buffet senza indicazioni ingredienti.

Disappointing
Pros:

The only member of staff that was extremely helpful and great customer service was Carmela (waitress) at the dinning area. She was supper nice and made sure we had everything. She is the one that made our experience a little better.

Cons:

Staff at the reception were not very helpful. When asking a question, seemed like we were bothered them. No customer service with a smile.
The rooms need to be upgraded esthetically. The carpet is stained and horrible in the corridors. The walls are not isoled and therefore we hear other people speaking in the corridor.
Overall we were disappointed with the service, rooms, and especially the horrible service at reception and the only one who saved a little our experience is Carmela.
She was excellent.

La posizione buona per chi si sposta in auto

Cons:

La colazione lascia piuttosto a desiderare...bevande solo con macchinetta e non servita al tavolo..

Mancanza di frutta di stagione...tutto industriale e confezionato anche le torte...
