Céntrico, pero muy antiguo
Pros:

Está muy bien situado, con autobús en la puerta que te lleva al centro, y a 20 minutos paseando del Palacio de Buckingham.

Cons:

La habitación triple, súper agobiante. Para pasar por la cama, no cabían dos personas a la vez. Si abrías la puerta del baño, cómo abre hacia la habitación, y está pegada a las camas, hay que tener cuidado para no darle a nadie. Está bastante deteriorado. El suelo estaba a desnivel por varios sitios, y según dónde ponías la maleta, se paseaba por la habitación.

Nice clean suited room for me, but I had no television that worked, and no WiFi, communication language barrier very poo

Poteva andare meglio...
Pros:

La posizione era perfetta e il personale molto gentile
La colazione era buona ma poco varia

Cons:

Noi avevamo prenotato una doppia e purtroppo a mio parere la camera che ci è stata data non lo era. Il letto non era un matrimoniale e messo quello nella stanza non c'era più spazio per muoversi alla fine. In più il pavimento pendente non ha agevolato i movimenti nello spazio ristretto. Diciamo che per quello che abbiamo pagato ci aspettavamo almeno una sedia su cui poterci appoggiare.

Pros:

Colazione discreta ma varia, c'era un po di tutto tra dolce e salato. La macchinetta per caffe, cioccolata, mocaccino e cappuccino era aperta h24 quindi il fatto che fosse sempre a disposizione era un bel punto a loro favore. Lo staff super gentile e disponibile

Cons:

Dal soffione della doccia usciva proprio poca acqua quindi farsi la doccia cosi non era proprio il massimo e lo scarico del lavandino era intasato quindi l acqua non scendeva facile.

Per avere la camera abbiamo aspettato quasi 40 minuti dopo l'orario previsto per il check in.
La camera quadrupla un po' stretta, la porta del bagno si chiudeva a fatica e le prese per la corrente erano allenatate.

la zona es muy tranquila. está cerca de la estacion Victoria. la habitacion para 4 personas es muy pequeña, casi no hay espacio. el baño estaba bastante bien. el personal muy amable. y las chicas del desayunos muy amables y atentas.

Good location, but very basic hotel
Pros:

The location was quite good and the beds were comfortable for the most part.
Breakfast area was open 24hrs, with a coffee machine. People got their own food for dinner.

Cons:

- rooms lack storage space
- bathrooms had an unbearable smell
- little to no ventilation
- we were placed in the basement (???) which was not part of the actual building, and was not sheltered from the rain
- breakfast facilities were basic at best. The baked goods were stale and the fruit did not seem in any way fresh.
- when asked to for our room to be cleaned, our request was ignored and we had to go to reception to ask for fresh towels, which only came two hours later
- cleanliness was poor: we food old tissues under the bed.

Vriendelijke en behulpzaam personeel. Ontbijt is in de kelder. Aanbod was oké.

Cons:

Lift was kapot en ontbijt in de kelder. Ook koffie en andere dranken waren beschikbaar in de kelder. Veel trappen gelopen.
