A great and friendly hotel.
Pros:

A quiet and peaceful hotel very close to the underground station, it is situated in a good location. The rooms are clean, thanks to the housekeeping team they've done an excellent job. The staff were very helpful and we received a professional service. A lovely selection of speciality teas and coffees was also available. It's always nice to be able to open a small window and get some fresh air into the room on warm summer days.

la ubicacion y el desayuno.

EL PERSONAL DE REPCECION DEBIA SER MULTILINGUE,Y NINGUNO DE LOS 4 SABIA ESPAÑOL .EL ASCENSOR ES UNA TARTANA.PARA VIAJAR EN PRIMAVERA O VERANO NO LO RECOMIENDO,NO PUDIMOS DORMIR EN LAS 5 NOCHES QUE ESTUBIMOS ALLI. ESTABA LIMPIO PERO CUANDO VIENEN A LIMPIAR LA HABITACION SOLO TE CAMBIA TOALLAS Y LA CAMA,AL CUARTO DE BAÑO NO LE DIERON NI CON UNA BALLETA.

Es hat uns gefallen und würden/werden wieder kommen.
Pros:

Es war super. Es war sauber. Das Personal was sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sauber. Leider sehr klein. Aber normal für London und einen City-Trip.

Dass es sehr eng war.

O quarto é pequeno. A localização é boa.
Pros:

Local limpo e ótima localização próximo a estação de metrô.

Cons:

Televisão não estava funcionando.
O chuveiro estava no modo água quente e tivemos dificuldade para deixar no modo mais morno. Queimei os pés de tão quente que estava a água e a regulagem estava com defeito.
Solicitamos auxílio ao funcionário da recepção que disse que iria avaliar o problema na TV e no chuveiro porém essa pessoa não realizou a avaliação e também não nos ajudou a resolver os problemas.

Hotel pequeño pero con buena ubicación cerca de estación de subte
Pros:

La amabilidad del personal de recepción y cercanía de la estación de subte de Victoria y Pimlico.
Se nos rompió el ventilador y lo supieron arreglar, muy atentos.

Cons:

Baño muy chico, la ducha chica y agua se cortaba.
Ventana muy pequeña para ventilar, el ventilador no tiraba mucho aire y hacia mucho calor en la habitación.
No hay lugar para guardar las prendas. Sólo 6 perchas para 2 personas.

Creio que poderia ter sido um pouco melhor, tomamos um susto com a falta de ar condicionado
Pros:

Gostei da localização, perto de tudo e principalmente da estação. O quarto em si é mt confortavel, acho que faltou mais a janela abrir bem mais, pois como estava muito quente não corria vento e não tinha ar condicionado e o ventilador era aqueles portatil que não fez tanta diferença, então passamos um sufco.

Cons:

Por estar muito quente, não tinha ventilação e nem ar condicionado e o ventilador portatil não ajudou muito. Acho que o hotel, poderia ter estrutura pra ar condicionado . E pelo valor tbm, poderia oferecer café da manhã, mas fora isso, localização e estadia muito boa.

Pros:

El hotel tiene buena ubicación cerca de estaciones de metro y un paradero de bus en la puerta. Es un barrio tranquilo y con comercio y restaurantes cercano.

Cons:

La habitación es bastante más pequeña que lo que se proyecta en las fotos. La puerta del baño no habría completa por la cama. La ducha tenía muy poquita presión de agua y el lavamanos siempre estuvo tapado toda la estadía. El ascensor tampoco funcionaba bien, muchas veces subimos y bajamos pq no abria en nuestro piso.
