Pros:

Muy buena ubicación y conexión con los subtes. Londres es grande y tener una buena ubicación es fundamental.
La habitación es muy chica y la cama y el baño igual. Para tener en cuenta

Cons:

Vivimos ola de calor. No tenían aire acondicionado, las noches fueron fatales. Supongo que es algo extraordinario pero para tenerlo en cuenta

Cons:

El ascensor no funcionaba y tuvimos que subir 7 pisos. Un rótulo de "en mantenimiento por ingenieros" se mantuvo por todos los días que estuvimos. No se limpio la habitación y el baño tenía un olor extraño.

Excellente situation géographique pour visiter le centre historique

Cons:

Ascenseur en panne pendant 5 jours et nous étions au 5eme étage !!
La chambre sous les toits est suffocante de chaleur et pas de Clim . Heureusement deux ventilateurs arrivent à se caser dans ce petit espace . Sur le site Pas photo des chambres sous les toits , du coup c’est la surprise quand on arrive

L'esmorzar, les noies de la cuina moot amables i educades. Els llits són molt còmodes.

Cons:

La calor insoportable de les habitacions, l'ascensor avariat durant 5 dies!!!, els ventiladors no funcionaven bé. Un extractor fa soroll de matinada i és impossible dormir a la 5 planta.

Location was excellent. Staff were very friendly & helpful. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

General cleanliness was fine, just the floor was dirty to be honest not sure why. Just felt like it needed a good mop not just a hoover. Other than that lovely.

Enjoyable stay with friends over from Australia
Pros:

Our 2nd visit to this hotel. Friendly staff especially George who provided us with lots of local bus information and advice. Also Agila ? the young woman that was on reception yesterday morning, was very pleasant and helpfull

Cons:

Lift out of order during our stay but hopefully will be repaired for other visitors. Good job we were fit 79 and 80 year olds.
No tea/coffee facility in the room. Would have preferred it if possible.
