Larger room would have been nice, but it was comfortable and adequate.

Solo un suggerimento per il bagno: sarebbe utile mettere una luce allo specchio, per una migliore visibilità, e un porta asciugamani accanto al lavandino (nel nostro bagno queste cose non c'erano, però non so nelle altre camere)

On the booking we requested a crib, we arrived to the room and there was one however there was no mattress in it just a couple of folded up towels on the middle of it. So we went to the front desk to ask for a mattress she said she would have a look for it. Came back to the room to say that she couldn’t find one or they didn’t have one and the proceeded to hand me more folded up towels as if that was safe for my 2 month old to sleep on. We ended up having to co sleep with her in the bed. The bathroom was really dingy and the bottom of the shower was cracked, the room itself was clean but the walls had holes in them and cracks in it. Overall a bad and unsafe experience wouldn’t come back

The room was absolutely tiny & since we were staying for the night, before my mum flew to New Zealand it made her last minute packing etc difficult.

No english breakfast tea this morning ran out 🙄.

Curtains hanging from track. No air con made it VERY hot. TV only had one channel working: ITV3. Bathroom door couldn’t open properly due to the bed. Really noisy when other doors opened/closed. Shower dripped throughout and saturated the floor towel. Felt generally unsafe throughout.

La habitación para 3 muy justa, pequeñísima.
No me gustó que cobren 3'5 libras por pieza por guardar el equipaje por solo unas horas.

No kettle in room or amenities had to go down to basement for hot drinks, which was ok through the day but not late evening.
When we stripped the beds thinking we were helping quilts were very stained and i felt really bad that i had slept with them covering me, am sure they could have been washed before as they were the thin summertime quilts, it really let the place down.

Le camere sono piuttosto piccole e il bagno altrettanto, ma per un breve soggiorno è fattibile.

Huoneessa ei ollut tilaa millekään muulle kuin sängyille, ja kahdelle yöpöydälle. Matkalaukuille ei ollut tilaa kuin lattialla, eikä vaatteita voinut purkaa mihinkään, koska huoneessa oli rekki ja henkarit vain noin viidelle vaatteelle. Lakanoissa oli pinttynyttä likaa, myös niissä, jotka pyysimme tilalle. Huoneessa ei ollut muuta ilmanvaihtoa kuin ikkunat, jos kävi illalla suihkussa, oli kylpyhuone vielä aamullakin märkä. Vessapaperia joutui pyytämään muutamaan kertaan lisää. Se oli ohutta ja kului sen takia nopeasti, sitä olisi voinut olla valmiiksi reilusti tarjolla.
