The location is perfect and the museum is fun to look around. The staff were really fun to talk to, especially to gentleman from Zamora. The bed was comfy and the bathroom was great.
The shower took a long time to heat up, and the tv refused to connect to the WiFi even with staff help. The air con was either on or off and did not adjust itself to a set temperature.

Nothing really
Pratiquement tout, à commencer par sa magnifique position dans une magnifique ville; la décoration intérieure et extérieure, la chambre confortable et moderne (certains dispositifs électroniques permettaient de régler air conditionné et ouverture/fermeture des rideaux 😀) le personnel sympathique et (presque toujours) disponible.
Le garage n’avait pas un accès très facile, nous n’avions pas une très grande voiture… et heureusement, les murs étaient pleins de marques des voitures probablement un peu plus longues que la nôtre.
Le tuyau flexible de la douche aurait dû être changé car il perdait autant d’eau qui sortait du pommeau ; j’en ai parlé au réceptionniste, il m’as répondu qu’il serait monté pour contrôler…je crois qu’il doit toujours le faire.
Comme toujours, le charme de l'hôtel, sa situation !
Nous en étions à notre cinquième séjour et cette fois nous avons été déçus, les équipements de l'hôtel vieillissent mal, installations électriques bringueballantes, la climatisation difficile à règler. Vraiment dommage, avoir à demander des Slippers! DOMMAGE
És molt cèntric.El recepcionista va ser molt atent amb els nostres problemes.
Ens van donar l'habitació quasi a les 16 h .Les llums del bany es tenien que tancar/obrir des de un panell que era a tocar de la porta de l'habitació. L'aire acondicionat feia molt soroll. L'habitació té 2 pisos amb un "sofa" curvilini que sembla que es per follar i que bruteixa

Air con was a little noisy , the window was small, some lighting did not work and broken open electric switch in the bathroom next to sink . Nowhere to put toiletries in the bathroom. The maid did not clean the room on the second day, not enough shower gel and soap.
The staff was really great! They were helpful and friendly. Really seemed to care about their work and very attentive to patrons.

Es un hotel exclusivo, pero se tendrian que cuidar mas los detalles. habia una luz del baño fundida i alguna otra de la habitación.
Small hotel in historic old town. Our room was nice with en-suite. The breakfast was good and the staff obtained gluten free bread for me. We would return again.
