Gute Lage, jedoch darf man keine hohen Ansprüche haben.

Personal dürfte freundlicher sein. Beim Ankommen wurde nur das nötigste gesprochen. Die Ticino Karte haben wir nur auch Rückfrage erhalten.
Der Frühstücksraum war lieblos eingerichtet. Dürfte auch mal wieder eine neue Möbelierung erhalten. Es ist alles zweckmässig eingerichtet, aber es wird nichts erneuert.
Frühstücksbuffet dürfte liebevoller sein. Auch frische Früchte wären wünschenswert und nicht nur Scheibenkäse. Auch der Kaffee dürfte besser sein. Fruchtsaft dürfte frisch sein und nicht aus einem Automat. Der Fruchtsaft wirkte wie Sirup.
Im Treppenhaus im 1. Stock war ein Balkon zum rauchen. Dadurch stank es nach Rauch im Treppenhaus.

Die zentrale Lage direkt beim Bahnhof Locarno und die gute Erreichbarkeit. In den oberen Etagen Zimmer mit Balkon hat man einen wunderbaren Blick auf den See

Im Hotel war ein leichter, aber wahrnehmbarer Kanalisationsgeruch festzustellen, der den Aufenthalt etwas beeinträchtigt hat. Dies war für mich der grösste Kritikpunkt. Hier besteht Verbesserungsbedarf.
