50€ tax for the car park and city tax for 2 days stay
ottima prima colazione, buona posizione per il centro di Matera, personale simpatico e professionale. Insonorizzato e ottima temperatura nella camera mentre fuori era un forno.
non ci sono reali aspetti negativi, solo un piccolo neo relativo al parcheggio sotterraneo che è molto piccolo e con pochi posti non prenotatili
Ma non ci sono reali lamentele. Ottimo valore per la spesa.

The breakfast was really good a great selection of savoury and sweet items.

We could hear people in the next room.
The staff on reception were grumpy. Coming in after being out and the reception staff don’t even greet you they just give you a grumpy stare. Very odd.

Muy buena ubicación, muy cerca del centro histórico. Desayuno bastante completo y el parking cómodo
llegamos 13hs y tuvimos que esperar hasta las 15hs para entrar a la habitación, si bien es lo que especifican en otros hoteles son menos estrictos

La situation et propreté de l'établissement, petits déjeuners extraordinaires que ce soit salé ou sucré, grand choix y compris dans les boissons il y a hormis les distributeurs automatiques un vrai bar.
Seul petit bémol pas grand choix de thés ni de grande qualité mais on est au pays du café...
Pas possibilité de réserver le parking à l'hôtel même si il y a des parkings pas loin.

- Sur 2 personnes rencontrées à la récéption une femme était très gentil et attentionné, l'autre homme avait du mal a parler anglais et à être souriant.
