Pros:

Emplacement idéal pour visiter la ville. Belle salle de petit-déjeuner. Gentillesse du personnel. Disponibilité d'un parking.

Cons:

Manque d'approvisionnement au petit déjeuner. Insonorisation par rapport à la rue à revoir. Tapis des couloirs au 3ème étage très vieux.

Die Lage im Zentrum , alles zu Fuß erreichbar! Tiefgarage ist vorhanden , Parken ist allerdings darin nicht garantiert?!

Cons:

Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen und müsste komplett saniert werden ! Teppich am Gang ist total verdreckt , Zimmer sind klein und abgewohnt, Matratze war in unserem Fall durchgelegen und das Leintuch war bei uns schon bei der Ankunft schmutzig , wurde nach unserer Reklamation aber sofort getauscht ! Alles in allem ist es nur die Top Lage warum man dieses "Hotel" buchen sollte !!

Die Lage und die Tiefgarage sind die grossen Pluspunkte
Pros:

Das Hotel ist optimal gelegen um die Altstadt von Matera zu Fuß zu erkunden. Das Hotel hat eine eigene Tiefgarage und zum Glück konnten wir einen Stellplatz mieten (für 18 € die Nacht), was angesichts der Parksituation am Rand der Altstadt das Geld wert ist. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut und der Frühstücksraum hell und geräumig (wenn auch das Ambiente etwas steril wirkt).

Cons:

Das Zimmer und Bad waren ziemlich klein und zur Strasse ausgerichtet, so dass wir nachts das Fenster schliessen mussten da es sonst etwas laut gewesen wäre. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht richtig (jedenfalls ist uns die Einstellung ein unlösbares Rätsel geblieben), was zum Glück nicht so schlimm war weil es nicht mehr so heiss war. Der Luftauslass der Klimaanlage war auch stark verstaubt und offenbar schon lange nicht mehr gereinigt worden.

Will stay here again.
Pros:

Location was perfect. Breakfast was varied and delicious. Parking was so convenient. Staff was helpful.

Pros:

Excelente desayuno , súper completo . Muy buena ubicación a 2 minutos del comienzo de recorrido por Sassi . Baño grande muy cómodo . Aunque caro ( 18 euros) es ventaja el parking en el hotel( ojo no hay muchos lugares y no puede reservarse )

Cons:

La cama incómoda , ( estaría para cambiar) y las almohadas muyyy duras
