The beds of the hotel could use an upgrade. The staff and location were exceptional - top class!
Pros:

The location was great, the staff were superb, especially Alessandro and Tommaso were exceptional in serving breakfast and giving tips for travelling around the area of Matera and further in Puglia.

Cons:

The bed in the room was outdated and the AC was not working properly.

Très bon séjour dans cet hôtel très agréable et bien situé
Pros:

L'emplacement est très pratique, en dehors des sassis mais malgré tout tout proche. Tout peut se faire à pied. Nous avons pu garer notre voiture dans une rue non payante assez proche selon les indications de l'hôtel. Le petit-déjeuner est complet et vous pouvez formuler toute demande complémentaire au personnel très agréable. La chambre et salle de bain sont bien équipés et agréables

Cons:

Le volet électrique de la chambre ne se fermait pas complètement et laissait donc passer le jour au matin. La vétusté de la moquette dans les escaliers et les étages nous a un peu surpris et nécessiterait d'être nettoyée ou changée. C'est dommage car cela terni un peu l'image de cet hôtel très agréable.

Struttura vicinissimo alla zona pedonale dei sassi. Con garage anche se non prenotabile, una colazione eccezionale. Ritorno sempre là quando vado a Matera

A localização é excelente

Cons:

Hotel antigo. Ar condicionado não funcionava corretamente, internet intermitente, banheiro pequeno.
Em alguns quartos as camas são com rodinha e menores.
