Bed a bit snug in Jacobean room and high side tables made accessing electric socket but tricky, Also hairdryer wad a bit ropey.

Parking quite limited - especially for larger cars

Das Hotel ist Bestandteil des schönen Ortskerns und alles ist fußläufig erreichbar.
Das Personal überzeug nicht durch Kompetenz und Freundlichkeit. Nach 22:00 ist man an der Bar eher lästig, da der Barkeeper Feierabend machen möchte. Zum Frühstück bestellt man einen Earl-grey Tee und bekommt normalen Frühstücks-Tee.
Lovely old building, full of characters. Beautiful gardens with lots of places to sit and enjoy.
No air conditioning in very hot weather
A beautiful hotel with a charming garden in an excellent location. The staff were amazing; always available, helpful, and friendly throughout our entire stay.
The bed was small and not very comfortable.
The breakfast was wonderful! The grounds were very lovely. The staff was incredibly kind and allowed us to check in a bit early (for a fee).
When we arrived, we noticed that we could have booked directly with the hotel for cheaper than we had on booking.com. We've reached out to Booking and are hoping to hear back.

Location was fabulous and the garden to sit, relax and enjoy drink and food was lovely. The room was clean, full of character and charm. The bed was comfortable. The staff went over and above to look after us. Highly recommend.
