Hotel con encanto con vistas preciosas.
Pros:

Íbamos en familia y nos dieron una habitación con vistas al Monasterio. El entorno es precioso y las instalaciones del hotel muy cómodas. Habitaciones amplias y limpias.

Questão do pagamento na receção na hora do check in. O meu Cartão do Millennium deu erro, o MBWay da minha filha deu erro bem como o cartão do BPI. Mandaram contactar o Banco alegando que era falha do banco. Impossível pois contas de diferentes bancos. Senti-me pressionada por estarem à espera do pagamento e senti-me na obrigação de ir levantar dinheiro ao multibanco mais próximo, pois dessa forma não sairia da recepção uma vez que nem foi colocada a hipótese de ter havido falha na rede deles nem de voltar um pouco mais tarde pois chegámos antes da hora prevista.
