We liked everything. We have been traveling for decades (!) and this is the first hotel that gets 5 stars in every category. The location was perfect for Milan, the breakfast was sensational, the staff could not have been any more pleasant or accommodating before and during our stay, the rooms were large and comfortable with excellent amenities, the front desk was staffed 24 hours and the personnel made reservations and other recommendations. In addition to breakfast, they had an evening drink/nibbles session and candy, sweets and bottled water available constantly.

We were very impressed with both the location and the service.
The hotel is perfectly located in the city center, making it easy to walk to many of Milan’s main attractions, shops, and restaurants.
The staffs, everyone was so warm, friendly, and attentive, and they always made us feel welcome. Their genuine kindness and willingness to help made our stay even more enjoyable.
The breakfast was excellent as well.
We had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Milan. We would be happy to stay here again!

The hotel team were extremely friendly, always with a smile and always happy to help with any question or request.
The location was very central, so we walked almost everywhere. The metro station was also within walking distance, which was very convenient.
There was some road construction during our stay, but we didn’t hear a thing and it didn’t bother us at all.
The breakfast was delicious and everything was very fresh! We also really loved that there were always bottles of water available for guests, along with mini cupcakes that we could take with us on the go.
