The hotel team were extremely friendly, always with a smile and always happy to help with any question or request.
The location was very central, so we walked almost everywhere. The metro station was also within walking distance, which was very convenient.
There was some road construction during our stay, but we didn’t hear a thing and it didn’t bother us at all.
The breakfast was delicious and everything was very fresh! We also really loved that there were always bottles of water available for guests, along with mini cupcakes that we could take with us on the go.

Our stay was wonderful from start to finish. The breakfast was absolutely amazing, with a great variety of fresh and delicious options. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the area and access everything we needed. What truly made the experience exceptional was the staff—they went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Their warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail made us feel genuinely welcomed. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Excellent hotel in a perfect location. The staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and generous, making us feel very welcome throughout our stay. Everything was spotless and exceptionally clean. The breakfast was outstanding, with a great variety of delicious food. The service was warm, professional, and pleasant. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again!
This hotel was excellent and well situated. The staff all spoke wonderful English and were extremely helpful at every step of our stay. At one point, I broke my adapter and when I asked where I could buy one, they had one right there at the desk that I could purchase to replace the broken one. The hotel location was great as it was a short walk to the Duomo. Of special note was the breakfast. Oh my goodness… so delicious. They had a wonderful Continental breakfast spread and then you could also get eggs to order which were more delicious that I can even explain. The service at breakfast was excellent and every day, the breakfast started us off on a wonderful day.
