Milan was a lot of fun and we had a great time. The Hotel was an integral part of the success of the trip.

For me this small hotel is perfect.
Pros:

Was a guest In 2014 and 2019, usually places do not improve especially after Covid. The staff is friendly, helpful and caring ( my luggage did not show up for 2 days ). The hotel is lovely and spotless. The location is wonderful. The breakfasts did not disappoint in either quality, choice, service or abundance. If anything they
made it even more abundant with continued quality. I believe the bathroom was beautifully updated. So it is possible for a hotel to get even better.

Cons:

I had to leave it.

Excellent Service
Pros:

The location is central. The front desk staff is exceptional. The room was big enough, clean and nicely appointed. Breakfast was good. Having access to water bottles and snacks all the time is a big bonus.

Cons:

The construction in the front made it difficult to get from our taxi to the hotel with our luggage.

A great hotel,I’d definitely stay there when I get back to Milan
Pros:

The hotel is well positioned, the breakfasts were good, the staff were excellent

Cons:

The road works were a nuisance but the hotel did their best to make it irrelevant

Friendly and clean hotel centrally located in Duomo
Pros:

Olanda, the hotel receptionist, is superb, makes one feel instantly welcomed upon check in. The minibar is free of charge, and the breakfast was wonderful. I appreciate the table and chairs in the spacious room. The location was strategic to travel to places of interest by walking. I would recommend a stay at this hotel.

Cons:

The bed and pillows were a bit soft for my liking. Would prefer that the mattress and pillows were firmer.

Best hotel experience in a long time.
Pros:

It was clean, convenient to all shopping and Duomo and the breakfast was fantastic. The room temperature was perfect and it was quiet despite construction on the street below. I loved the white, fluffy comforters. The hotel staff were also very kind and accommodating.

Cons:

Everything was wonderful.

Pros:

We had a really great stay. The staff was extremely friendly, welcoming and always ready to help with a smile. The room was clean, comfortable and very well maintained, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was honestly amazing, with a great variety of fresh and delicious options every morning.

The overall atmosphere of the hotel was relaxing and pleasant, and everything was well organized from check-in to check-out. We truly felt taken care of during our stay.

I would definitely recommend this place and would happily come back again in the future!
