We had a great stay at this hotel. The location is very convenient—it's near the bus pickup point for Sapa (HK Busline is just across the street) and close to a VPBank ATM, although we were unlucky a few times because it had no available currency. 🤣
>There are plenty of nearby stores, restaurants, and cafés to explore. It's within walking distance of Cafe Giang and Hanoi Coffee Culture, both of which serve amazing egg coffee. There's also a delicious bun cha restaurant just around the corner. ❤️❤️❤️
The staff were incredibly helpful, accommodating, and spoke excellent English. Special thanks to Jessica for making our stay even more enjoyable! 🥳❤️
Breakfast was another highlight. I loved that they served pho in the morning, and the fresh fruits—especially the dragon fruit—were delicious.
Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent location, friendly staff, and great breakfast. 😎🥳
What we didn't like was our second stay at the hotel after returning from Sapa before our flight back to Manila.
We arrived around 3:00 PM and were assigned a room on a lower floor, as requested, since during our first stay we were on the 6th floor and the elevator only goes up to the 5th floor.
Unfortunately, the air conditioning in the room was not working properly. It was not cold enough to cool the room despite the hot Hanoi weather. We informed the receptionist, and she said it would be checked while we were out. When we returned around 10:00 PM, we were told the issue had been fixed, but the AC was still not working correctly and kept turning off.
The staff tried their best to help and continued checking the unit until around midnight, but the problem was never resolved. They provided us with two fans as a temporary solution, although one of them was not functioning properly. As a result, the room remained uncomfortably warm throughout the night, making it difficult to rest.
Another issue was the bed. It was advertised as a king-size bed, but it appeared to be two single beds pushed together. The gap and unevenness in the middle made it uncomfortable, especially for the person sleeping in the center, who would naturally end up shifting dto one side for better support and comfort.
While we appreciate the staff's efforts and willingness to assist, the unresolved air conditioning issue and uncomfortable bed setup significantly affected our comfort during our second stay.

El personal fue muy atento, la habitación comodísima y con buenas calidades. Está en una calle concurrida pero a pesar de ello tiene buen aislamiento.
Teníamos el desayuno incluido pero no lo pudimos disfrutar ya que saliamos a las 5am, se lo dijimos al personal el día anterior y no nos ofrecieron nada para poder llevarnos. Se hubiera agradecido algo básico (zumo, bollo..).
Good location, clean room though slightly dated. Hot water and shower pressure were consistent. Breakfast was fresh and tasty. Staff were incredible friendly, helpful and professional, I could not commend them enough for their assistance!!
Room was slightly small for two people, but that is my fault for booking a standard sized room.
L'emplacement de l'hôtel est dans le Vieux Quartier de Hanoi, le personnel vraiment très sympathique et souriant, la chambre spacieuse et vraiment propre, les 2 bouteilles d'eau qu'on donne tous les jours dans la chambre, le petit déjeuner sous forme de buffet avec une commande d'un plat salé ou sucré. J'ai pu faire mon Landry aussi pour 50 000 dôngs le Kg (bon j'avoue c'est un peu plus cher que dans les autres villes). Et ce que j'ai aimé le plus, c'est que j'ai tout fait à pied depuis l'hôtel (pas besoin de Grab).
Ils ont oublié de faire ma chambre un jour malgré le fait que j'avais suspendu le mot sur la poignée de porte. C'est pas si grave mais j'avais mis par terre mes serviettes, du coup j'ai dû en redemander.

El desayuno buffet era bastante completo y variado. Además, no se servían exactamente los mismos productos todos los días, algo que se agradece porque aporta variedad y evita que resulte repetitivo.
La ubicación está bastante bien, te permite estar en el centro a pie.
La cama doble estaba formada por dos camas individuales unidas. Entre ambas había una separación rígida en el centro, lo que resultaba bastante incómodo, especialmente para quienes viajan en pareja y desean dormir juntos con comodidad.
Me hubiera gustado que el horario del desayuno fuera un poco más amplio, al menos hasta una hora más tarde. Por otro lado, el café estaba frecuentemente frío, probablemente porque se preparaba con bastante antelación y se enfriaba rápido.
