Personel bardzo miły i pomocny. Jednak brak zadośćuczynienia za brak wykupionego śniadania bardzo słabe.

Cons:

Brak śniadania mimo wykupienia pokoju wraz ze śniadaniem. Ponoć kucharz zachorował. Nie zaproponowano niczego w zamian ani nie obniżono ceny za pokój w związku z tym.

Property was decent and good for 1-2 days. Staff were also very good and kind. Location was also up to mark.

Otelin konumu merkezi, her yere çok yakın. Çalışanlar çok güler yüzlü ve herhangi bir sorun olduğunda ellerinden geleni yapıyorlar. Odaları temiz. Tavsiye ederim. Vietnam’a bir daha gelirsem gene bu otelde kalırım 🌸

Pros:

Personnel agréable, nous ne parlions pas anglais, mais ils ont tout fait pour qu'on se comprenne correctement avec traducteur, et avec patience.

何故かほっとする、コスパ最高のプチホテル
Pros:

コスパは最高です。ロケーションも良く、大変便利な所だと思います。朝食もスケールが小さいながらも、結構楽しめますし、毎朝必ず追加の一品選びが素敵でした。私は毎回オムレツを頼みました、これがとても美味しかったのです。
男性スタッフの一人がとても日本語が堪能なのには驚きました。このクラスの宿にはとても珍しいことです。
部屋は非常にコンパクトですが、日中ほとんど居ませんのでこの程度で十分だと思います。
全般的に設備は古いですが、特に生活上支障はありませんでした。但し、とても神経質な方にはチョット難しいかも。

Cons:

欠点は一つだけです。シャワーの温度調整が極めて難しかったことです。熱いと冷たいの中間設定がなかなか微調整が必要で、これにはチョットイラつきます。また、宿泊したのが6階でしたがお湯の量が少なく、特に女性は不満が出ると思われますね。私のような年寄りで、髪の毛も薄く湯量もそんなに必要ない旅人には我慢できますが。

Cons:

La vicinanza con la strada dove passano i pullman ed è molto rumorosa la notte...

Valid for one night to catch a tour from the old city
Pros:

Mid-level comfort, cleanliness, overall ok. Works to stay in the old city to catch a tour.

Cons:

It was not that comfortable, nor clean, and the staff seemed to not know the facilities at all and had to call the manager to turn off the ventilation in the bathroom which was super loud.
