Ich war nur eine Zwischenübernachtung vor Ort. Für den Preis kann man auch nicht viel erwarten, aber ein Fenster im Raum wäre ganz schön gewesen.
Das Frühstück war gut (Früchteauswahl, Käse und Wurst, Toast unf Croissant und Eier).
Kein Fenster.

Really nice central Hotel , staff were very kind and upgraded our room as we checked in very late. In the morning breakfast was nice with good selection and we had a nice chat about recommended things to do on our return to Hanoi 🙂

Buenísima ubicación, en el mismo centro de Hanoi. El personal súper amable y te ayudan en todo. Las instalaciones muy bien. El desayuno buenísimo.
La cama era muy incómoda. Por encima del armario había un hueco en la pared que no daba muy buena espina. De resto todo genial.
The girls on the reception desk were absolutely lovely and their warmness really contributed towards feeling comfy and content in this hotel. Breakfast was great and the pancakes and banana were the best - thankyou!

Amazing experience!! Any of the thousands of positive comments I could make would prevent you from being surprised as it happened to us. The best thing is to go to this hotel and find out. The best hotel of our entire stay in Vietnam.

The shower holder was at wrong height not comfortable while showering in the bathroom. need to refit the shower holder by the owner
Great location, friendly helpful staff, clean and spacious room.
Only minor things - the TV didn't have internet connection and the bed was a little bit hard, but was still ok.
Staff were delightful, very friendly and kind. We had an issue with the Bidet leaking and they were very apologetic and appreciative of us letting them know. Right opposite the Bus departure office for one of the main sleeper bus operators and very near the water puppet theatre, shops etc. ‘minibar’ was basic but super cheap.
Bed could have been more comfortable but was ok for a one night stay
Jessica is exceptionally helpful and enthusiastic! She provided us with great assistance by accommodating our special requests. The breakfast was excellent, particularly the pho! The room was very comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located directly opposite the Hanoi Old Quarter HK bus lines station, making it very practical to stay here the day before traveling to Sapa. I enjoyed my stay immensely.
