A localização é excelente e os funcionários são maravilhosos, muito prestativos e gentis. Fomos muito bem recebidas. O cafe da manhã é muito bom com várias opções de frutas e ainda tem um menu que você pode pedir uma opção e se quiser mais opções vc pode pagar e é bem barato.

Nos atendieron como reyes
Pros:

La habitación era muy cómoda. Buena cama, buena ducha, etc.
La ubicación excelente para ir a todos los puntos turísticos del Old Town. Incluso al frente llegan y salen los buses HK.
El desayuno muy bien, varias opciones, nos encantó...rico café.
El personal de excelencia, nos atendieron como reyes.

it's great but it doesn't look like the pictures at all. Really nice staff.

the room was not like the pictures. Nowhere to really hang out. Just a quiet bed for sleep

Hotel calme , personnel tres agreable. Bon Petit dejeuner avec fruits , fromage , jambon et cereales en self service et un choix d,omelette ou pancakes a la minute.

Cons:

Lit pas tres confortable sur la chambre standard mais tres bien en chambre superieure avec belle vue sur des arbres.
