Pros:

Posizione ottima vicino al quartiere vecchio, colazione buonissima e camera perfetta. Ma la vera forza di questo hotel è lo staff: Jessica, Hàng e Ginni sono fantastiche, premurose, sempre sorridenti, ti aiutano in tutto, si preoccupano per te e sono super attente! È bello sentirsi coccolati quando sei dall’altra parte del mondo! Se dovessi mai tornare ad Hanoi, tornerei qui!

Brilliant hotel!
Pros:

The staff are so welcoming and lovely! They accommodated a really early check in (2am) and always made lovely conversation and gave tips about the city and the weather. They were always quick to help us and super smiley. They made our stay so enjoyable :) The room is super clean and cozy lighting! The bathroom is really nice!

Pros:

Muy limpio, espacioso y bonito. No pudimos desayunar pq nuestro avión salía muy temprano y hasta nos prepararon el desayuno para llevar. Nos gustó tanto que a la vuelta a Hanoi volvimos a reservar con ellos. Personam muy amable y cercano.

Super affordable option in city center.
Pros:

Super close to city center. The staff are super helpful and kin. The can arrange transportation to and from the airport, book day trips from Hanoi for you, and can answer any questions related to your experience here in Hanoi.
The room was clean and air-conditioning is spot on.
Breakfast is included and custom breakfast options are super affordable.

Cons:

Nothing. Everything was reasonable for the price.

Pros:

We had to leave the hotel same day as we checked in because we had to fly back home same day. We didn't stay overnight. The hotel understood our situation and offered an exception to have breakfast the day we checked in early instead of next day. And they allowed us to check in earlier. Thanks to such staff as Jessica, our stay was very pleasant and memorable. People like Jessica made us feel welcomed and taken good care of. We wish her the best and continue to make customers happy.

Cons:

AC level was a bit on a lower side. Rest was good.

Pros:

Personnel très à l’écoute, chambre avec fenêtre très cozy, équipement correct. Le petit déjeuner était varié, avec par contre un café pas très bon.
Attention, il y a des chambres qui n’ont pas de fenêtre, faites bien attention lorsque vous réservez !

Cons:

Les matelas sont assez durs, OK pour 2/3 nuits, mais si +, prévoyez un massage en rentrant chez vous

暑い日でした。チェックイン時の受付の対応が素晴しく、welcome drink と　ドラゴンフルーツに癒されました。

Cons:

お部屋は大変綺麗でしたが窓を開くことができず外の景色を眺めることができず残念でした。

Pros:

La gentillesse du personnel. Elles ont été professionnelle du début jusqu’à la fin. Nous avons reçu beaucoup de conseil de leur part pour les excursions et nous avons vraiment apprécié cet aspect. Ils nous ont même arrangé au niveau des prix car nous souhaitons y séjourner encore une nuit à notre retour de notre trip de SAPA.

Je ne peux que recommander cet hôtel qui offre un bon rapport qualité prix et surtout qui est très bien situé à Hanoi 😄

El hotel está bastante bien para pasar unos días. Es importante mencionar que en las fotos de internet parece más nuevo de lo que realmente es; al llegar, notas que el mobiliario es un poco antiguo y le vendría bien una renovación.A pesar de ese detalle, la experiencia es positiva. La limpieza de las habitaciones y zonas comunes está bien. Lo mejor de todo es, sin duda, el personal: son fantásticos, súper amables y siempre dispuestos a ayudar. Respecto al desayuno, es normal, correcto para empezar el día pero sin grandes lujos. En resumen, una opción aceptable con una atención al cliente excelente.
