Pros:

Ottima posizione. Gentilezza dei receptionist, in particolare Ahmed, che ci ha aiutati in un momento di difficoltà. Buona la colazione.

Cons:

Il bagno della mia camera avrebbe bisogno di una ristrutturazione. Un po' di confusione proveniente dalla strada fino a tarda notte, dormendo con le finestre aperte.

The room was great, nice and spacious.
The location was even better, close to everything, restaurants, sites and night life. Staff were great to deal with and friendly
Many positives would definitely stay again

Cons:

The sheets on the bed could be better
The bathrooms need some sort of fan, as the smell is quite musky every day
If you're a light sleeper you may struggle, as the music outside continues till about 3am every day

Great location and staff, reasonably good stay.
Pros:

Location was great, water was provided and breakfast was excellent.

Room was in a little disrepair and some days we couldn't get hot water.

Pros:

La ubicación muy céntrica y el trato del personal, muy serviciales en todo momento. Habitaciones muy cómodas y las instalaciones muy buenas.

Cons:

Por poner una pega el olor del baño a sumidero por las mañanas era algo fuerte. Por lo demás todo super bien.

Хорошее месторасположение, но днем сложно с такси, рядом улица Истикляль, вечером шумно, если вам это не мешает, много ресторанов рядом и магазинов. Очень приветливый персонал.

Cons:

Гостиница уже довольно износилась, завтраки я бы здесь не брала, очень простенькие, хотя кофе хороший👌🏻
Мало света в комнате и в ванной.

If i ever will go to istanbul, i will stay at that hotel.

Cons:

If you are looking for a quiet place to sleep, I would not recommend this hotel. It is surrounded by many bars, and the noise continues until around 4 a.m. If you enjoy nightlife and don’t mind staying up late, the location could be a good choice.

Pros:

The hotel is located less than a minute away from Istiklal street, on a narrow busy street with restaurants and cafes. The room was clean and comfortable, spacious enough for 3 people. The hotel has 24 hr reception. What stood out the most was the friendliness and hospitability of the staff. All 3 of receptionists were exceptionally kind and helpful, and speak English very well. The breakfast was different every day. Definitely recommend it.

Cons:

The only thing that we struggled with a bit was the bathroom. The door was jammed and was difficult to open and close, the water pressure was sometimes weak and it wasn't consistently warm, but it's not a big deal. We managed eventually and enjoyed our stay nevertheless. Would definitely recommmend.

Location, staff, breakfast- Thank you for everything!
Pros:

Perfect stay would be an understatement! Loved everything about this hotel: friendly and attentive staff members, wonderful breakfast every morning, amazing room with huge terrace overlooking rooftops and location right in the middle of everything. ( walking distance to Taksim Square/ Metro). Highly recommended!

None. I can’t come up with any single thing.

I honestly don’t know where to begin because everything about our stay was wonderful. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed, cared for, and respected. The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive, and they always made us feel comfortable and at home.
