Pros:

Doskonały stosunek jakości do ceny. Bardzo czysto. Super łazienka, z wanną i bidetem. Suszarka do włosów. Wygodne łóżka. Dostępny czajnik, herbata, kawa, kubki.

Cons:

Brak szafek nocnych przy łóżkach, Ręczniki dość mocno zużyte i szorstkie. Dla 3 osób tylko 2 porcje kawy.

Pros:

Nemohu říct, že by to byla nějaká katastrofa, ale zrazilo nás několik věcí, které popis a předchozí hodnocení zamlčely nebo uváděly nepravdivě: Vila s pokoji je cca 5-7min od tramvajové zastávky, odkud je to do centra (hlavní nádraží) 5 stanic. Tramvají jezdí hodně, poloha tedy dobrá, ale rozhodně to není 'kousek od centra' nebo 'dvě stanice', jak uváděly některé recenze. Personál je možná skvělý, nemohli jsme ověřit, protože kontakt při příjezdu se omezil na předání klíče a totéž při odjezdu. Největší problém byl pokoj c. 23 umístěný ve 2. patře bez výtahu (kam si po strmých schodech vyvlečete zavazadla) - v tak malém jsem nikdy nebydlela ani sama, natož ve dvou. Kromě postele se tam prakticky nevešlo NIC, v pokoji nebylo možné ani sedět u stolku bez toho, že máte nohy na posteli, ani otevřít kufr nebylo kde - ten jsme nakonec otvírali v předsíni, ale pak jsme ho zase museli rychle zavřít, protoze jinak nesly otevrit dveře do koupelny ani dveře ven. Myslim, ze pokoj má max 10m2, zbytek inzerovane 16m výměry (pokud je spravne) bude asi nudlovita chodba a (zbytečně velká) koupelna. Pro dva je tedy pokoj 23 zcela nevyhovujici, pro jednoho na jednu noc možná ok. Stěny tenké, pokud soused křičí do telefonu, slyšíte každé slovo (ale to asi ve většině hotelů). Na druhé straně - pokud jste na dovolené a v pokoji jen přespáváte, jde to vydržet. Možná je řešením říct okamžitě recepční, že chcete jiný pokoj, třeba by to nebyl problém a my jen nebyli dost pohotoví.

Won’t stay again
Cons:

fortunately, our stay was not pleasant. From the moment we arrived, there were several issues that made our experience disappointing.

The toilet was broken, which should have been fixed before guests checked in. The room also had a very unpleasant smell, similar to dirty, smelly socks, and it lingered throughout our stay.

Another disappointment was the lack of basic amenities. The room had coffee and sugar, but no milk. When we asked at reception if they could provide some, they were unable to help.

Our room faced the road, and it was extremely noisy, with constant traffic, passing trains, and cars throughout the night. We couldn’t keep the windows closed because the room became far too hot, so getting a good night’s sleep was almost impossible.

To make matters worse, the TV didn’t work, so we couldn’t even watch the World Cup matches as we had planned.

Overall, the combination of the broken facilities, unpleasant smell, lack of basic amenities, excessive noise, and non-functioning TV made our stay very disappointing. We expected a much higher standard and would not choose to stay here again.
