Points positifs : hôtel propre, personnel sympathique, possibilité de se garer gratuitement dans les rues voisines plutôt que de payer les 15 € du parking de l’hôtel.
Ce n’est aucunement un palace, comme le titre, l’indique. Heureusement, je n’y ai séjourné que 3 nuits.
Malgré ses 4 étoiles, cet hôtel ne mérite pas cette classification. Les chambres et les couloirs sont décorés sans goût
et sans aucune âme, donnant une impression générale de tristesse et de vieillissement.
*Le principal point négatif reste toutefois la restauration : produits de très mauvaise qualité,
très bas de gamme et excessivement gras.
Au final, cet établissement est loin du standing attendu d’un hôtel 4 étoiles
Abendessen war gut, es gab Auswahl von Gerichte aus Fleisch und Fisch. Das Dessert war sehr lecker 😋

El tema wifi, se bloqueaba muy a menudo y después el tema de comunicarme vía teléfono o e_mail, es penoso.
Nos atendieron muy bien, el buffet es muy variado y bueno.
Me sorprendió que tuviera que pagar aparte la bebida.

El personal, la atención a nuestra solicitud de check-in antes de la hora que se indicaba, la posiblidad de usar las instalaciones (piscina, ducha, restaurante, etc. después de la hora de salida... amabilidad!!
The staff were respectful and cooperative. They answered all our questions about breakfast clearly. The breakfast was varied and wonderful. It was an excellent experience and we strongly recommend the hotel.
