the hotel was clean of a good standard, very valuable for money although the price is an honest reflection of what you get. The pool area is great, a little dated but overall a relaxing experience. We only had breakfast but it was good quality buffet food from all ranges and choices changing by day.
Staff from the hotel are extremely helpful and bar staff were friendly.
The spa is classed as a separate company/facility to the hotel and the biggest disappointment we experienced was that we intentionally booked this hotel for the spa facilities hoping to book a few treatments and swim in the indoor pool area, on our first day we eagerly queued to book a massage and a day in the spa, a couple in front of us seemed to experience a language barrier between the spa receptionist and they ended up not booking anything, they were German so we could not converse what was really going on. Then when we attempted to book a massage each we had the same problem, although we attempted more than 3 times by using a translator app,pointing to what we would like and also asking for another person's help, the person on the reception could not understand and was confused at our request, after a few attempts we had to cancel our request as it wasn't what we had requested. This was disappointing as we were so eager to book treatments and put money aside, we had around €300 of treatments planned that we didn't end up booking because of the language and communication barrier. I did attempt to book this again the day after but this was met with more confusion and misunderstanding.
We tried to stay respectful of the staff and didn't want to cause a fuss but it didn't seem to just be us with this problem.
Una muy buena localización para desconectar. No esta justo en la playa pero en menos de 10-15 minutos andando llegas. Servicios de buffet excelente, al igual que el personal, la limpieza muy buena y eficaz. Muy buenas vistas a la montaña, al igual que nos encanto la terraza que tenía perfecta para salir a tomar el aire por las noches o mañanas.
La cama era un poco blanda al igual que las almohadas demasiado finas para nuestro gusto. También el olor de las cañerías del baño era muy fuerte y la cadena del baño hacia mucho ruido y tardaba en parar. Además la insonorización no es muy buena escuchas como la gente pasa por el pasillo y sale y entra de sus habitaciones
La zona de la piscina y terraza de la cafeteria.
El Spa tenia algunas zonas averiadas, la zona de duchas. A la piscina le falta una mano de limpieza.
El buffet del desayuno muy flojo, con poca variedad, una sola maquina de zumo para todo el comedor.
En la zona de recepción hay unos sofas blancos a los que le falta o cambiarlos o darles un buena limpieza ya que dan mala imagen nada más se entra en el hotel.
En el tiempo que fui era tranquilo
La ubicación para personas mayores aún que tenía la furgoneta pero dependías de horario

Location is great up the hill and love that it has parking, although the parking garage lights turn off at night in sensor. Room was spacious.
The lights turn off in the hallway ok sensor very creepy at night. Good amenities.
