The free snacks and water in the room were a very nice touch

De tv ging 2 keer van zelf aan toen we lagen te slapen random en ging uit zichzelf naar zender 33 zeppen we were freaked out
Ambiente muy comodo, pocas habitaciones y sin ruidos de otros huespedes. Habitacion amplia y muy limpia. El personal muy agradable y buena ubicación cerca del centro, de tiendas, restaurantes y el tranvía.
Location was ok.
Room size was expected in the city.
White bed sheets dirty, asked cleaner to change.
Only to return later in the evening with the bed made new with the same dirty pillow cases etc.
No on site staff after 5pm out of hours contact number.
In a good location, enough for the one night we stayed

I was on 4th floor and lift only stopped on 3rd. Stairs to go up so small and not easy to walk on
