Inclusive & kind staff. Convenient for the I was attending venue
Pros:

Excellent especially a member of staff called Vlad. I have limited mobility and use stampelle / crutches. He accompanied me back to the carpark after my stay since I could not park at the hotel sadly as arranged due to a gay pride demonstration in the centre of Perugia. The roads were blocked! Nothing was too much trouble for Vlad Cuculesco

Cons:

Nothing other than the gay pride demonstration happening in the centre of Perugia; which wasn’t the hotel’s fault. This meant access to the hotel was more limited especially with someone lacking mobility like myself

The staff was friendly and helpful. The location is on a street a with shopping and restaurants and very close to the Historic District. And finally the breakfast is extensive and includes many options
