Tranquil & welcoming
Pros:

Perfect location just off Corso Vannucci. Amazingly quiet rooms. Stunning views from the top floor, and beautiful garden on the breakfast terrace. Abundant high-quality breakfast options. Staff were kind and welcoming: upgraded me from a single to a large double room, and helped with luggage, taxis, and info.

Pros:

The proximity of the hotel to the main old city of Perugia is excellent. The breakfast is good+. The balcony

Cons:

The size of the room is on the small side especially the size of the bathroom. It still had all the necessary facilities crammed in a very small space especially considering the price of the room (220+). Additionally, the price they charge for garage is way too much i.e.30 euros per night.

Pros:

Posizione centralissima.
Ambiente molto pulito e arredato con gusto.
Il "Giardino segreto" è davvero un gioiello.
Personale gentilissimo e molto professionale.

Cons:

Location, people, and experience were all excellent.
Pros:

The location was fantastic although difficult to get by car. Dinner in the restaurant was very good. The room was wonderful and had the largest shower that I had in a week traveling all over Italy.

Cons:

Access by car—drivers need some instructions in advance. My GPS instructions will probably result in me getting traffic citations via mail.
