Bellissima struttura in posizione centralissima, molto pulita e curata. Ottima colazione con prodotti di qualità e staff eccezionale, gentile e disponibile. The Hotel--our Escher experience! Halls angled around, doors to odd places, elevators led to stairs
Pros:

the food was absolutely wonderful both at the breakfast spread and the meals we ate in the restaurant. We loved the art on the walls, especially in the dining room downstairs in the bar.

Cons:

The room could have been a little bigger. If one of us sat at the desk, the other couldn't walk by. But the hotel itself was so complex the room couldn't have been much bigger.

Great property in a perfect location.
Pros:

Fab location. Could not be better. Ancient building with beautiful, stylish common areas, great breakfast, friendly staff, beautiful rooftop terrace, and lovely room with private patio.

Pros:

Fabulous new renovation of this great location. Room was spacious and stylish. Location was close to everything so we could pop back for a brief rest and change at our convenience. Good breakfast.

Cons:

While parking was available on site, navigating to it looked daunting so we opted for a garage outside the ZTL and made our way through the excellent escalator system. It's no fun to drag suitcases into the old towns but better than worrying about navigating through very narrow streets.

Beautiful hotel with great amenities in a perfect location. I will stay here again!
Pros:

The hotel was amazing. The location was perfect, steps from the main squares and restaurants but not loud in the room. Amazing view from our balcony doors. The staff was always available at the front desk. Recommended perfect places to have incredible dinners. They really helped us greatly. My wife and I both got sick on the trip. They contacted a doctor that spoke very good English and had him on the phone in 2 minutes helping us. He was able to prescribe medications at the closest Pharmacia and made a personal house call to the hotel the next day to examine us and our symptoms. I had a very bad sinus infection and headache that he was able to clear up in 1 day and save our vacation!

Cons:

The breakfast was good, wish the American eggs were cooked more, very runny scrambled eggs not my style but otherwise everything else was wonderful.
