El trato de los tres recepcionistas (su preocupación y predisposición para solucionar cualquier problema), la ubicación y la facilidad para encontrar cama doble.

Facilidad para dejar equipaje en consigna.

Un fallo puntual de limpieza en el baño, pero que fue rápidamente subsanado con cambio de habitación, tan pronto lo comuniqué (lo cual es de agradecer), mostrando el personal su preocupación por la estancia en todo momento y su predisposición para subsanar ese fallo puntual.
