Excellent location for sightseeing in Florence
Pros:

Great location in historic centre.Medici chapel opposite hotel. Easy walk to all the tourist sites and to railway station and trams.Lots cafes/bars and restaurants on doorstep. We had room on 3rd floor overlooking busy pedestrian way but didn’t hear late night noise due to the double bedroom windows. Very friendly attentive staff. Reception staff lovely and welcoming.

Cons:

At breakfast maybe scrambled, fried eggs or omelette to vary from everyday boiled eggs.

Top zentral, optimal um auch neben Sehenswürdigkeiten das Nachtleben zu genießen

Wenn man mit dem Auto anreist-die Garage ist nur 2 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt
Es ist ein 3 Sterne Hotel-und das soll man berücksichtigen, dafür passt es

Zimmer sehr klein
Personal am Check in sachlich. Während des Aufenthaltes wenig Aufmerksamkeit
Frühstück war in Ordnung, jedoch merkte man eine gewisse "Unlust" bei den Damen im Service.
Es ist ein 3 Sterne Hotel-und das soll man berücksichtigen

Excellent location! Room was comfortable and breakfast buffet had a good selection of items for everybody ‘s taste!

Cons:

Bathroom was small. Also toiletries offered were minimal. - (two tiny soaps and shampoo-body wash in small packets). No body lotion.

Very good for a few days stay.

Breakfast ok but less options than similar 3* hotels.

Cons:

Safe deposit box very small: 1 camera, some cash and that's it. Tablet or laptop will not fit.
Airco rather loud. If you shut it down and open the windows for air: you hear the busy streets of Firenze.

TOP Cityhotel mit bestem Komfort und excellenter Lage
Pros:

Das gesamte Erscheinungsbild des Hotels ab dem Betreten ist rundum sehr gut und top gepflegt. Die Lage des Hotels ist bestens in direkter Näher aller wichtigen Sightseeing Highlights. Die Freundlichkeit des Personals von der Rezeption bis zu den beiden Damen im Frühstückservice war 150%überzeugend. Ein wunderbares Haus wohin ich definitiv zurückkommen werde.
