Pros:

Quarto triplo com bom tamanho, banheiro novo e com bom tamanho. Funcionários simpáticos e prestativos. Localização ótima, mesmo estando numa rua movimentada, o quarto voltado ao pátio interno é super silencioso. Muito bom!

Sauberes und super gelegenes Hotel zum Schlafen - mehr aber auch nicht.
Pros:

Super gelegen, 24h Rezeption, beim Frühstück mit Blick auf die Kapelle Medicee und saubere Zimmer mit Klimatisierung.

Cons:

Leider hat man sehr starke gemerkt, dass das Hotel versucht hat an allen Enden und Ecken zu sparen.
Es gab lediglich fertig verpackte Beutel mit Duschgel/Shampoo, im Badezimmer gab es nur eine einzige sehr preiswerte Spiegellampe, die recht dunkel war, sodass es in der Dusche auch recht dunkel war. Zudem hat die Lampe permanent flackerndes Licht erzeugt und es roch im ganzen Badezimmer unangenehm. Das ganze Badezimmer war außerdem so eng, dass man mit zwei Personen nicht parallel im Badezimmer tätig sein konnte.
Die Klimaanlage war zwar vorhanden hat tagsüber aber lediglich 26-27°C geschafft und nachts dann auch mal 24-25°C (bei 34°C Außentemperatur tagsüber).
Das Frühstück war ebenfalls recht überschaubar und einfach: Zwei Sorten Brot, Wurst, Käse, Gekochte Eier, kein Rührei, Kaffee nur aus einem Automaten, etwas angelaufener Obstsalat, zwei Sorten Müsli und Joghurt. Dafür aber klassisch italienisch vier verschiedene Sorten Croissants. Sobald etwas leer war wurden (auch 1,5h vor Ende des buffets) lediglich ein oder zwei Produkte nachgebracht, statt eins ganzes Tabletts. Der Saft schmeckte wie fertiges Konzentrat.
Im Flur unserer Etage (4. Etage) herrschte ein komischer technischer/chemischer Geruch von dem meiner Partnerin jedes Mal schwindelig wurde, sobald wir den Aufzug verlassen haben.
Die City Taxe sollte man in Bar bezahlen und man wurde gebeten zum nahegelegenen Bankautomaten zu gehen und dort Bargeld abzuheben.

Posizione eccellente: tranquilla ma molto vicina alle viuzze del centro storico, colazione ottima, letto adeguato (ma corto per il mio 1.75 m). Personale estremamente cortese, residenza storica molto bella.
