Tienen 2 TORRES una ANTIGUA y otra NUEVA en la ANTIGUA LAS HABITACIONES son un ASCO y te quieren alojar en las Hab VIEJAS si quieres en la torre nueva te cobran pero eso no lo sabe nadie ni Booking lo dice

El desayuno de este hotel es muy rico y tiene variedad, además que las mesas estén al aire libre es muy relajante.
Una de las piscinas esta abierta hasta las 7 de la noche, pero no tiene buena iluminación, al acer la tarde se ve muy oscura. Hay un ascensor que no le servía el botón del piso en el que estábamos, requiere mantenimiento.

El desayuno podría mejorar con mas variedad, pero en general es bueno, la ubicación es excelente ya que tiene muchos lugares cerca de restaurantes, y tiendas.
La piscina podría ampliar su horario de uso para los que vamos por trabajo.
the hotel clearly needs serious maintenance. The condition of the facilities was very poor and far below what should be expected from a hotel rated as 5 stars.
When I arrived, the guest checking in before me came back almost immediately because they had been given a room where another person was already sleeping. Before I even went up to my room, another guest came down complaining that they had been waiting for several hours for the air conditioning to be fixed, instead of being moved to another available room.
My room also had multiple maintenance issues. Even the shower diverter, the small pull-up part that switches the water from the faucet to the shower head, was broken, and I had to pull it with another object just to be able to shower.
In general, the maintenance of the entire property was terrible.
The breakfast was one of the worst parts of the stay. It was extremely disappointing, unpleasant, and completely unacceptable for a hotel that claims to be 5 stars. The quality, variety, presentation, and overall experience were far below even what I would expect from a basic 3-star hotel. It honestly did not feel like a hotel breakfast at all, and it was nowhere near the standard that guests should receive at a property with this rating.
