Bom curso benefício
Pros:

A cama é maravilhosa e o ar condicionado também
Foram muito solícitos meu pai tem dificuldade de mobilidade e realocaram ele para prédio com elevador e mais facilidade

Cons:

Tivemos pequeno imprevisto com obra em frente então bastante trepidação, barulho e acabou energia mas algo que não depende do hotel era uma obra na via.
Importante observar que eles tem dois prédios um com elevador e um sem nosso ficava no que não tem elevador então com malas dificultou

Dobrze działający hotel. Przemiły personel.

Cons:

Mieliśmy ofertę bezzwrotną na pokój z widokiem na morze, śniadania, atrakcyjna cena. Początkowo wyrażono zgodę na wcześniejsze zameldowanie. Ale po przybyciiu, poproszono o zostawienie bagaży, wróciliśmy po 15.00. Pokój z widokiem był, ale tylko na jeden dzień, po czym kolejnego dnia przeniesiono nas do innego pokoju. Równie ładnego. Tylko to spowodowało, że cały dzień i noc nie rozpakowywaliśmy się i znów cały dzień spędziliśmy w upale. Śniadania nam nie przysługiwały.
Personel był niezwykle miły, ale w ostatnie dni w Sycylii, chcieliśmy trochę luksusu. Nie potrafiłam odnaleźć informacji, aby udowodnić mężowi, że informacje, które były zawarte w ofercie, były prawdziwe. Wybuchła sycylijska kłótnia :) Dostaliśmy tylko info, że booking.com dopłacił za nasz pobyt w tym hotelu.

Parfaite adresse pour séjourner sur l’île d’ortigia!
Pros:

L’accueil formidable et chaleureux que ce soit la personne de jour ou de nuit! Que de bon conseil pour une visite optimale et manger dans de bons restaurants. Chambre spacieuse, propre et confortable ! Bon petit déjeuner. Parking publique disponible à 300m (dans les 15-20€ les 24h) mais nous avons choisi le service de voiturier à 25€ les 24h. Voiture déposée le lendemain matin au pied de l’hôtel.

Cons:

La douche était un peu petite.

Für die eine Nacht Ortigia wunderbar

Lage ist wunderbar direkt am Meer - hatten einen schönen Ausblick. Frühstück hat uns nicht überzeugt. Haben wir ausgelassen

Tout était parfait, le personnel super accueillant, la propreté des chambres, le petit déjeuner parfait naturel.
L’emplacement génial à proximité du centre, des restaurants, de Syracuse qui reste une splendide destination avec sa merveilleuse place del Duomo, les plages à côtes.
Je recommande vivement cet hôtel 👍👍et di nuovo grazie mille 🙏🙏🙏

Gran decepción al llegar sin ascensor. Incomodidad al tener que cambiar de edificio para el desayuno al igual que si hubiera querido usar la piscina. Nos cortaron el agua una tarde entera. La ducha no funcionaba el desagüe

Spacious and clean apartment, with all necessary facilities. Solid AC, balcony shutters ensure no sun wakes you up. Staff was very polite and friendly. Location was perfect, with our room having a spectacular view of the sea. Strongly recommend the accommodation. 24 hour reception available, so if you have any issues (we did not during our stay), staff is ready to help at any time.

Cons:

Rooms looked a bit dated, but it didn't bother us. Location and view make more than up for this.
