Au cœur d'Ortigia, bel hôtel face à la mer.
Pros:

Hôtel idéalement situé à Ortigia, face à la mer. Personnel très accueillant et serviable. Très bon petit déjeuner. Chambre grande et climatisée

Cons:

Malheureusement, pas d'ascenseur dans le bâtiment où notre chambre était située.
Lors du nettoyage de la chambre, le sol n'était pas nettoyé tous les jours.

Wonderful staff, spacious room in a great location.
Pros:

Great location right across from the sea on a quiet street. Our room was very spacious with a balcony. The staff were super friendly and helpful. At one point, I hurt my knee and they went out of their way to keep me equipped with ice packs. Breakfast was right across the street at a sister property and when we were leaving the breakfast room we noticed a beautiful church connected to this other property. Such a beautiful and special place to stay in Ortigia.

La presenza di un gatto inconcepibile
Cons:

Credo non debba essere consentito tenere un gatto nella reception e zona colazione.
Io sono fortemente allergico e ne ho molto sofferto. Quando l’ho detto mi hanno risposto con un sorriso come se fosse un mio capriccio.

Beautiful location, super friendly and accommodating staff
Pros:

The breakfast was terrific, the staff was so friendly and warm, the location was perfect. I had a great room with a view of the sea.

Cons:

I can’t think of anything. There wasn’t much of a fitness center, but I wasn’t looking for that amenity on this trip. We did a ton of walking.

Colazione molto buona, posizione "strategica" per visitare Ortigia. Gli ambienti hanno il fascino legato alla storia della struttura. Camera ampia con bellissima vista sul mare. Personale gentilissimo e disponibile.

Our return trip was just as lovely
Pros:

This is a wonderful little hotel -- Domus Mariae Albergo, not to be confused with its sister, newer building across the street called Domus Mariae Benessere, which houses the warm-water indoor pool, wellness spa and breakfast service for both buildings. The staff at Domus Mariae Albergo treat guests almost like family and are remarkably helpful and thoughtful. The room we had was large and bright. This was our second trip to Ortigia and to this particular hotel -- we love its people, its character and its location.

Cons:

Nothing -- all good.

I will definitely come back
Pros:

Beautifully designed and spotless room with so much character. The location is 10/10. super convenient and only a few minutes from all the main attractions. But the highlight has to be the breathtaking ocean view. Truly one of the most beautiful sea views I’ve ever seen. I could honestly just stay in the room and enjoy the view for hours. And the staff were absolutely wonderful, incredibly warm, patient, and attentive, always making sure everything was taken care of. Their kindness made the whole experience even more special.

Pros:

I was so impressed. It was beautifully located near the seafront. The room was clean, and the furnishings had grace and character. They had a charming and peaceful rooftop courtyard.
