Lage war Top, Personal sehr freundlich

Cons:

Leider habe ich erst sehr kurz vor meiner Anreise erfahren, dass der Wellnessbereich renoviert wird. Einzig aus diesem Grund hatte ich genau dieses Hotel gebucht. Mir wurde aber ein Kostenloses Storno angeboten. Aber 4 tage vor Anreise findet man nichts mehr mit Wellnessbereich in der Nähe.

Frühstück echt besonders! Personal freundlich! Wenn Linz dann nur dieses Hotel. Parkgarage direkt beim Hotel aber wird nicht mit den Hotel verrechnet!

Pros:

Great location and really nice bed! Staff was knowledgeable and helpful.

Cons:

The device in the wall that appeared to be a thermostat was just an illusion - it made no difference to the room temperature.

No opportunity to get water for the room after 10 PM, as well as no coffee or tea maker in the room.
