Design of the hotel,the view,the lights,the cleaness
Bed was not comfortable,the breakfast not bad but for this type of hotel I expected more.
Stayed here before, clean hotel.
The extra facilities were unavailable. We actually stayed here so we could use the sauna and it was not open. The breakfast was not good for the price.

A homlokzati mennyezettől padlóig tartó üvegablakok hőszigetelése kimondottan rossz hatásfokú. Sugározták a szobába a hideget! Ugyanakkor a fűtés szobából való szabályozása szinte lehetetlen - kimondottan hideg volt!
Great location rigth in the center with parking below, beautiful view to the cathedral, great modern room, felt even cleaner and more cosy than the last times, we really like the hotel and Austrian breakfast at nearby Jindrak
Reception is very very slow to reach whether from the parking lot (where we waited for too long until the door was opened) or via phone when we had to call several times on the day after we left. They are completely understaffed at reception. But if you reach them they are very helpful. We were also surprised that they had found the item in the room that we forgot and did not proactively call us about it, but then again were very friendly when we finaly managed to get through. Important info not given on booking: The Spa/Gym has be closed for a long time for renovation ...
Zentrale Lage
Die Lage ist toll, die Betten waren gut, die Begrüßungstüte für den Hund war super.
Leider gab es keine Aufmerksamkeit zum Geburtstag - das hätte ich tatsächlich auf dem Niveau erwartet. Dafür, dass der Wellnessbereich nicht benutzbar war, stimmte das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis meiner Meinung nach nicht.
