A Worthy Hitel
Pros:

Great location and really nice bed! Staff was knowledgeable and helpful.

The device in the wall that appeared to be a thermostat was just an illusion - it made no difference to the room temperature.

Excellent, comfortable and very stylish hotel
Pros:

It was beautifully decorated, like an art gallery. The views from our room overlooking the cathedral were stunning. There is no kettle in the room but staff on reception happily filled a flask with hot water and provided tea and cups so we could make a hot drink whenever we wanted

Das Set mit den Hygieneartikeln war leer. Es gab keine Bademäntel und keine Hausschuhe … es gab kein Trinkwasser … und das, obwohl es sich um ein 4-Sterne-Hotel handelt … die Möbel waren alt, und den Schrank zu öffnen, war für mich eine echte Qual. Parking kostet 24 Euro.

So toll die Lage, so wenig um Gäste bemüht!!!

Das Hotel punktet mit der zentralen Lage und der Parkmöglichkeit in der angrenzenden Tiefgarage zum vergünstigten Tarif. Zimmereinrichtung und -gestaltung ist ansprechend modern und hell.

Cons:

Wir haben uns für dieses Hotel entschieden, da es eines der wenigen in Innenstadtlage ist, das über einen SPA-Bereich verfügt. Erst wenige Tage vor Anreise wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass dieser aufgrund von Sanierungsarbeiten geschlossen ist. Es kam weder eine Entschuldigung noch Preisreduktion, beschweige denn eine kleine Aufmerksamkeit wie ein Drink an der Bar oder ein Frühstücksgutschein seitens des Personals. Sehr enttäuschend!!!
