Tolle Lage
Pros:

Die Lage ist perfekt, in der Nähe der Cathedrale und mitten in der Altstadt. Wir waren nur für eine Nacht in Plama, haben daher keine Zusatzoptionen im Haus genutzt. Aber fein ist die Rooftop Bar, man hat einen großartigen Ausblick.

Lovely view of the convent. Lovely bed linen. Peaceful and quiet. Great rooftop terrace for sunset

Кровать реально была хороша. Расположение отличное - центр, но ночью очень тихо.

Cons:

Какой-то сложный и долгий check in с заполнением бумаг, привет из прошлого века. Слабая вентиляция в номере.

Loved the rooftop- enjoyed drinks up there in the evening sunshine

Cons:

Our first floor bedroom was unfortunately very dark with no sun at any stage - other side of the building I am sure would have been nicer..
Towels are pretty old- would benefit from some new ones .

Durmiendo en la calle.
Pros:

La ubicación.

Cons:

No se pueden vender habitaciones donde no se puede dormir, junto al desayunador, con ruido de la puerta de la calle y de la sala de desayuno desde primerisima hora de la mañana.

A un hotel se va a DORMIR, no es NEGOCIABLE ni acceptable el que no se pueda dormir por el ruido . Tanto BOOKING como el hotel saben que NO se puede comercializar esas habitaciones, el verbo de vender habitaciones donde NO se puede dormir es lo más parecido a un engaño.

Cueste lo que cueste y en este caso encima el coste fue muy elevado., la calidad de las toallas son propias de un hostal o albergue como la calidad del sueño que se puede tener allí.

Muy triste porque el personal es muy amable y a ubicación excelente.

Cons:

Bei uns hat es massiv ins zimmer reingeregnet im sofabereich. Bei dieser Preisklasse hätten wir erwartet das es eine Entschädigung gibt in irgendeiner Form. Wir hatten es nämlich übergeben damit dir Möbel nicht kaputt gehen.

Wonderful rooms, staff, and location.
Pros:

This was a gorgeous, intimate setting. The staff were very attentive. Location was perfect, close to the main sites but far enough off the main roads to be very quiet.

Cons:

Only stayed one night and didn’t get a chance to enjoy the spa.

Pros:

Tolle Lage direkt in der Altstadt. Großes ruhiges sauberes Zimmer, sehr bequemes Bett. Dachterasse mit tollem Ausblick allerdings ein bisschen unkonfortabell von den Sitzmöglichkeiten. Keine Bar , Getränke müssen telefonisch bestellt werden mit dem Telefon am Fahrstuhl. Frühstück hat eine gute Auswahl allerdings sehr kleiner Frühstücksraum.
