Pros:

Le personnel était très à l'écoute et charmant. Il m'a changé de chambre avec upgrade pour un problème d'électricité. Je n'avais rien demandé. Hotel au bord de l'ocean à 1,6km du centre. Petit déjeuner copieux mais toujours le même.

Cons:

La propreté des chambres laisse vraiment à désirer. Sur la aemaine que j'y suis restée, autant dire que la chambre n'a pas été faite une seule fois. Calcaire partout sur la robinetterie et les sanitaires et salpètre sur les murs.

Très sale ! Dégoûtant

Quand on est arrivé, le personnel de l'accueil ne semblait pas être au courant de notre venue car j'ai vu la dame de l'accueil vérifier notre numéro de réservation au fin fond de ses e-mails. Du coup, ils nous ont placé dans une autre chambre qui n'était pas celle qui était prévu (sans nous prévenir). On s'en est rendu compte à la fin de la première journée mais on n'avait pas envie de déplacer nos affaires vu qu'on s'en allait le lendemain. La plupart du personnel ne parlait pas un mot d'anglais.
Là chambre était très sale. Je n'ai jamais vu une salle de bain aussi sale dans un hôtel depuis que je suis arrivé à Bali. Je ne sais pas combien de temps elle n'a pas été nettoyé avant nous. On a eu la surprise de croiser 2 cafards...
Il n'y avait aucune prise électrique côté lit ce qui est un soucis pour moi car je dors avec une machine.
La climatisation n'était pas réglable. Pas de télécommande. On pouvait uniquement l'allumer ou l'éteindre.

Beautiful beachfront location
Pros:

The beachfront location is excellent. Nice pool area. Comfortable rooms. Quiet, relaxing area.

Cons:

A bit far from main Lovina strip but the Grab app makes transport to there easy and cheap.

Pour une nuit le temps d’un passage c’est suffisant

Lit confortable

Cons:

Le personnel vraiment très peu agréable, sont soit à 10 autour du comptoir et personne ne comprends l’anglais, soit il n’y a personne
Les toilettes publiques sont désastreuses
Le déjeuner est à fuir

Pros:

Best view sunset n beach, the new interior room fully renovated also bath room. Service excellent. The hotel location very strategic to krisna n supermarket

Pros:

Gorgeousl grounds and pool. Amazing art in foyer. Dining area with sea views. Beautiul caring staff

Cons:

Nothing. Resort is being renovated but I was aware of that prior to booking and was priced accordingly.

L’ensemble etait vraiment moyen. De l’arrivée ou ils ne trouvaient pas la réservation, au petit déjeuner qu’ils prétendaient qu’on avait pas pris, et dont la qualité laissait vraiment à désirer. On a demandé de baisser la clim et ils ne l’ont pas fait et ont dit que oui. La propreté était également très rudimentaire, voire sale. Une belle déception car l’hotel semblait joli mais vraiment décevant sur le plan de la propreté et du confort

waiting to extend my visa
Pros:

nice place, with a swimming pool, perfect if you wait to extend your visa. there is a fridge. for me the problem was that you can't open the window, I had to let the door open at night.
there is no mosquito net and there are mosquitoes. the beach is not praticable, I used the swimming pool. not much around but there is an Ikan bakar nearby with good fresh fish.

Huge Family room
Pros:

We booked a family room and wow it was huge, we only had a couple of nights as we were moving down to Kuta after our Balinese frriend married. Had our own courtyard. Pool was lovely, food was nice. Staff friendly, Breaky was a choice of set menu Indo, American, English, Continental but very nice. A fair way out of town but there is a shuttle for Rp30 000 that will take you and pick you up.Right on the beach

Pros:

The absolute beach front location is awesome. Staff are gorgeous.Restaurant food was great.
Distance from main center could be an issue for some, but i didnt mind..scooter ride in 2 or 3 minutes..or walk slong the beach..
Room was quite big and comfortable. Bathroom a bit dated and in need of a bit of work.

Magnifique hôtel en bord de plage
Pros:

Chambres confortable avec belle vue sur piscine ou mer. La plage est sur place on ne peut pas être plus près pour voir le coucher de soleil ou prendre le bateau et aller voir les dauphins à l'aube. Le spa est superbe. Le restaurant très bon et pas cher. La piscine sublime et propre
Nous y sommes restés 3 nuits
Nous aurions aimé poursuivre notre séjour.
