Sehr schönes Anwesen, aber sehr abgelegen.
Die Zimmer sind in die Jahre gekommen.
Die Betten sind unbequem, habe sehr schlecht geschlafen.
Nice breakfast and friendly staff.
Struttura e contesto di campagna vecchia Inghilterra, arredamento di charme, personale cortese.

Location, staff and welcome. Dinner was fine but veg was advertised with dinner which turned out to be just peas! Technically correct - But! However, nothing has put us off staying again.
Bar prices.
Beautiful hotel in wonderful countryside.
Wonderful friendly helpful staff
Nothing it was so great
A beautiful old building, very well maintained, in beautiful surroundings, lovely quaint details everywhere you look, ideal for a wedding venue which is what we were attending
Breakfast was not included in the price which you dont see that often
Nice location. Peaceful and quiet.
The mattress is tooooo old. The pillow is very lumpy.
Perfect location for doing business in Shrewsbury. Lovely staff, very helpful, comfortable room in the ground floor and lovely grounds to enjoy. Definitely make this a regular place to stay.
Spacious room. Kept away from the wedding party that was happening at the hotel.
Had to ask for toiletries at the front desk as not automatically provided in the room.
Charme della struttura e dell'arredamento, fascino inglese del contesto, cortesia del personale.

Stayed with my wife on our anniversary night (a Wednesday) in August and couldn’t have wished for a more relaxing experience. Stunningly beautiful both inside the room but even more so outside. Has everything we needed in the room, with the jacuzzi bath a particular highlight, dinner at the hotel was excellent, and the staff were absolutely brilliant

Beautiful buildings and surroundings great location and the staff were amazing
Slightly outdated and rooms could do with updating but not unpleasant at all would definitely stay again
A very nice stay in a historic Manor house. Everything was clean and comfortable. We were only using it as a stayover after our travel plans had to be changed. So unfortunately we didn't get to sample the restaurant, breakfast or even much of the facilities.
We did walk to the nearby site of the famous battle of Shrewsbury and the Battlefield Church. The history of this Manor dates back long before this and there are historic links between both the Manor and the seated family and the Battle itself.
Despite the age and period fixtures and fittings, everything is perfectly serviceable. We had a lovely stay and wish we could have stayed longer.
Nothing of note.
Room was clean and comfortable, dinner was very good, attentive and helpful staff.
A beautiful Tudor house on the outskirts of Shrewsbury. Location was perfect, very quiet, staff were wonderful, very peaceful area.
Very nice cottagey feel super cute and cosy
The shower head was not adjustable
