Pros:

It's a an excellent apartment, in the perfect location, between the Rialto bridge and St Mark's square. I recommend having an after dinner drink in the hotel lobby, and going to back room by the canal and waving at the gondolas.

Ubicación, a menos de 5 minutos de la plaza San Marcos.

Cons:

Todas las mañanas nos querían cobrar el desayuno en vez de cargarlo a la habitación y luego cobrarlo a la tarjeta.
La habitación, tanto paredes como piso, eran de carton.
Dos pisos por escalera.
En el desayuno había muchas personas y una maquina de café, se armaba cola.

Pros:

フロントの女性(近くの別のホテルでチェックイン)親切だった。リアルトAから真っ直ぐなので橋も渡らず道を間違えずにたどり着ける。サンマルコ広場にも近い、分かりやすくて便利な場所にある。ホテルの部屋は広くは無いが、バスルームが広々としていてシャワーのスペースも広かった。無料のコーヒー等飲むコーナーがある。朝食はコルネットをお店で買ってホテルのカフェラッテで部屋で食べた。

Cons:

無料のコーヒー…カップが全て使われていてグラスに入れた。コーヒーがなくなっていた時もあった。

Good location and friendly staff
Pros:

Excellent location to any attractions by walking. Very friendly staff.

Cons:

Our room is at the top of building. The ceiling is low, esp. before entering the room on the stairs. Be careful of your head.

Pros:

La ubicación del hotel es excelente, fácil de llegar, cerca de la parada del vaporeto, en el centro de todo. La habitación amplia, cómoda, limpia, el baño super amplio. Para destacar la atención del personal, súper amable todo el tiempo. Sin duda es un hotel al que volvería

Hotel centralissimo
Pros:

Zona centralissima tra San Marco e Rialto. Hotel piccolo ma carino, la colazione si fa nella sede principale a 20 passi.
Struttura pulita anche se non nuovissima.

Cons:

Colazione non ottima ma comunque per un paio di giorni andava bene.
Prezzo alto ma per Venezia è lo standard.
