Breakfast was great and Ms. Mai was supporting a lot in selecting the right food and providing more from the menu.
Room was affordable. Jassica, Kevin and Mary were very helpful in the reception and they amazed in providing proper customer support. Laundry service was very Good.

Bardzo fajny kameralny hotel. Bardzo miła obsługa w recepcji jak i na śniadaniu. Muszę wyraźnie stwierdzić , że wielkim plusem tego obiektu jest obsługa, bliskość centrum oraz ten wietnamski styl. Byłem w tet 2026. Ważne w pokojach było cicho. Śniadanie bardzo dobre, wybór dobry i super wsparcie obsługi. Szczególnie przydatne podczas pierwszych dni pobytu.

The rooms are a bit tony compared to two other Hanoi hotels we stayed at. The place is modest and mostly clean. Breakfast is good, not much variety but great flavour. For a cheap price, it's an alright stay

L'hôtel est très bien placé dans une rue calme où le matin des commerçants y vendent fruits et légumes. Un vrai régal de couleurs pour les yeux.
La chambre etait parfaite et le personnel très professionnel et toujours prêt à nous renseigner pour les visites ou nous trouver un taxi.

Our balcony room, overlooking a side alley off the main street, was excellent and quiet. Very comfortable room with great lighting. Professional staff and a superb breakfast. We'll be going back there again next week

Helpful staff, Jessica and Kevin in reception and Mai in dining area for breakfast was so kind and happy to talk, she is very helpful and friendly.
Great coffee directly opposite hotel and great food right next door.
For us, the location was the best, can walk around to.most places, local food and tourist restaurants are all close, if have to go further, just use grab.
Kevin organised our Limo transport to Sapa at short notice and at a great price.
We will return to Eliana Ruby, depending on availability after our Sapa, Ha Giang and Cao Bang trip.
