舒適、溫馨的住宿
Pros:

地點靠近景區，房間空間大，早餐豐富，員工親切態度好。離開時我們疏忽遺下一件外套，他們很努力幫忙找到，並安排送到家，還負擔一半寄送費用。特別感謝Alex協助溝通外套協尋和寄送事宜，還用他的名義為我們預訂餐廳。

Cons:

-我們拿了鑰匙打算入住的時候，發現有員工打算在房裡用餐。雖然房間依然維持整理過的樣貌，但是感覺很不好。之後旅館馬上換了房間給我們，不斷抱歉並強調會加強員工訓練。解決問題的態度算是明快，我們沒有什麼損失。
-設備維修差強人意：有些插座沒有電，有一、兩個燈沒有亮。幸好插座不少，燈也夠亮，沒有太影響使用。

Wonderful staff in the perfect location of Hanoi.
Pros:

We liked absolutely everything from Eliana Ruby Hotel & Travel. It is perfectly located in the Old Quarter of Hanoi. All staff members were very kind, specially Mai who served us breakfast every morning with a big smile and explaining with great detail what were all our options. Also, Jessica, the travel agent who organized our wonderful tours to Sapa, Ninh Binh and Halong Bay. She is very knowledgable and we could not be happier with the trips she planned for us. We will definitely come back to Eliana Ruby Hotel.

Comfy and clean!
Pros:

Breakfast buffet was free and fresh and hot! They had real bacon which is a treat. Theres also a menu of made to order food and omelettes.

Cons:

Wifi on our floor was often out or not working so I would have to take my work down to the lobby.

Deuxième réservation dans cet établissement ! Toujours rien à redire, l’établissement est parfaitement bien placé dans le Old Quarter de Hanoi, le personnel est adorable et le petit dej incroyable ! 🌸

Clean Comfortable and Best Hotel
Pros:

Staff behavior was exceptional
The room was spacious and good.
We got 2 queen size beds. 4 members.

Breakfast was good and specially i would like to mention Ms. Mai she was exceptional. Helped us with the choice of our food.

Receptionist were polite and friendly. GM madam was also very good and friendly.

I would recommend this property to all

Hôtel parfait pour découvrir Hanoï !
Pros:

Excellent hôtel, idéalement situé dans le vieux quartier tout en étant dans une ruelle calme. Chambre très agréable avec tout le confort nécessaire et même quelques boissons gratuites. L'accueil est au top, le personnel très pro et sympa, mention spéciale à Mai qui est aux petits soins au moment du petit-déjeuner. Nous avons pu réserver des transferts sans problème à l'hôtel.

Frukosten var meget bra. Man kunne velge så mye man ville fra en meny som de så laget.

Cons:

Ser betre ut på bildet. Dusjen og rommet var greit ryddig, men ikke tilstrekkelig städet.

All three stays were wonderful and we could not fault anything.
Pros:

Well appointed hotel, welcoming, very clean, very homely and relaxed atmosphere. All staff always eager to help and available Jessica was always there to help with travel arrangements, whenever needed.. It was a very happy place to stay. We went back three times in the past month. Breakfast was exceptional with different choices each day.
