Good hotel. Solid option in Old Quarter.

Em Thịnh on reception and Mrs Jessica and all the staff are brilliant. The hotel is functional and decent - all the glowing reviews tell the story. Great option at the price point.

Cons:

The hot water in the shower would burn you and then it would be too cold. The bed was uncomfortable.

The breakfast was really good. Several options, especially the Vietnamese dishes. The staff helped me to book a tour, and it was fantastic because I was not worried about it. The internet connection was stable even during peak hours.

Pros:

Breakfast is a good standard. Very engaging staff- thank you Mai.
Front desk staff are very helpful and polite.
Easy access to the old town and many attractions I Hà Nội

Cons:

Nothing really. The corridors are a bit warm but rooms and reception are air conditioned.

Super rapport qualité prix avec la gentillesse du personnel
Pros:

L'emplacement dans le vieux Hanoï dans une rue "calme" proche de tous.
Jessica a la réception qui m'a contacté avant mon arrivée, elle a été très à l'écoute de nos besoins. Le personnel charmant, très souriant, adorable et aux petits soins.
L'espace mis a disposition en attendant que notre chambre soit prête, cela nous a permis de nous reposer après ce long trajet en avion.
