Great stay!
Pros:

Apart from its location, breakfast and the amenities, I'm particularly impressed with the staff's responsive and cheery service. Kevin at the reception was always serving with a smile and Mai from the breakfast team is also always helpful and accommodating. They both made sure we have what we needed. There were a few hiccups on the airconditioning but nothing major.

Thank you! I enjoyed my stay there and would recommend it any time!

We have a good time staying at this hotel. Is value for money and location is fantastic.
Pros:

Mai, the morning breakfast lady is so wonderful and rushed to prepare our super early breakfast at 6am which supposed to open at 6:30am. We are so grateful and thankful that 4 of us were so well fed.

We had the best stay at Eliana Ruby hotel , staff were fantastic !
Pros:

The Breakfast buffet was good lots to choose from and you could order also from the kitchen . Best omelets in Asia! Thank you Mi and Chef . Jessica was great with information about transport , tours , directions . Reception friendly . Location was on old quarter so easy walking to cafes restaurants shops , the Lake .

Super Ausgangspunkt
Pros:

Wir haben drei Nächte in diesem Hotel verbracht und waren rundum zufrieden. Die Zimmer waren wunderschön, sehr sauber und äußerst gepflegt. Die Betten waren genau richtig – weder zu hart noch zu weich – und auch das Badezimmer in unserem Familienzimmer war angenehm groß.

Das Frühstück war hervorragend. Es gab ein kleines Buffet mit täglich wechselnden Speisen, zusätzlich konnte man beliebig viele Gerichte à la carte bestellen. Besonders lecker waren die frisch zubereiteten Pfannkuchen mit Mango oder anderem Obst, die Omeletts sowie die verschiedenen Suppen.

Ein besonderes Lob geht an Mai und das gesamte Frühstücksteam. Alle waren ausgesprochen freundlich, aufmerksam und engagiert. Mai hat mit ihrem Team dafür gesorgt, dass man jeden Morgen bestens versorgt und gut gestärkt in den Tag starten konnte.

Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

スタッフの方々が大変親切でした。宿泊の値段も安く清掃が行き届いてました。ブュッフェもオーダーが出来るので大変お得です。立地も良く大変満足しました。

Pros:

This stay was absolutely amazing and nothing was too much trouble for the staff. They went above and beyond everything to help me organise my stay. The rooms are lovely and clean and spacious, the breakfast and location is superb, I can't fault anything at all. Thanks for a lovely stay in Hanoi ❤️

Pros:

リーズナブルな宿泊費にもかかわらず、部屋は多少手狭でしたが、清潔で快適に過ごすことができました。朝食は、素晴らしく総ておいしかったです。場所も旧市街の中心でほとんど歩いて買い物や食事、観光することができました。スタッフの方々もフレンドリーでとても気持ち良く過ごすことができました。
Jessicaさんは、とても丁寧な対応をしてくれました。
それからレストランのMaiさんは、気持ちの良いあいさつから始まり、声をかけてくれ朝ごはんを楽しんで頂けました。
とても満足しました。
またハノイに来る時は利用したいと思います。

The best value for money
Pros:

Jessica and all the staff are super friendly and nice! They take care of everything from welcoming the guests to the rest of the entire stay. The ladies at the breakfast are also very kind and friendly. The rooms are spacious and clean and have everything you need.

The pillows can be a little better :-)
