A real treat!
Pros:

We stayed at Eliana Ruby Hotel & Travel for the last four days of our holiday, and it was a wonderful stay! The Executive Suite was a real treat, and we actually spent quite a bit of time enjoying it, especially since we had some rainy days.

The service was excellent throughout our stay. We didn’t book any tours as we had already done them, but the team recommended a spa where we received a 10% discount, which we really appreciated. Everyone was genuinely thoughtful and helpful, from our arrival, when they kindly kept our luggage before check-in, to all the little moments when they were always ready to assist.

A special thank you to the whole reception team!

We also really enjoyed the breakfast, with a special mention to Mai, who welcomed us every morning with a smile. The buffet is varied, and there are also plenty of options to choose from the menu. Different kinds of omelettes, always delicious — thank you, chefs! — as well as sandwiches, French toast, banh mi, pancakes and more. We only wish we had had enough time to try everything!

A beautiful hotel with excellent service. Definitely recommended!

Pros:

3 nuits passés dans cet Hôtel très bien situé dans le vieux Hanoï.
Les chambres sont très confortables et au calme.
Merci à Jessica de nous avoir parfaitement organisé une croisière sur la baie d Ha Long ainsi qu un trek de 2 jours a Sapa sans oublier l excellent petit déjeuner servi avec le sourire de Mia. Établissement à recommander sans réserve.

The staff were very helpful, patient, and spoke English well. Jessica, who was in charge of tourist information, was very professional, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. Mia, the dining room staff member, was very friendly, welcoming, and patient with all our questions about the food.

Pros:

Jessica sent us helpful information by email and WhatsApp before check-in, which made everything very easy. The 24-hour front desk was also convenient, and all the staff were very friendly.
Breakfast was delicious, with freshly made omelets and pho available to order. Mai at the restaurant was especially kind and welcoming.
We had a wonderful stay and left with great memories. Thank you!

Cons:

One minor issue was that only about half of the showerhead seemed to be working properly. It would be great if this could be improved

Cons:

여행 신청시 픽업 서비스를 너무 늦게 전달해 준것이 하나의 흠, 아참. 아래층은 좀 시끄럽습니다. 그러나 지역 특성상 이해가 됩니다.
