De locatie! Jammer dat wij de kamer in de hoek kregen met uitkijk op de brand trap…

Cons:

Bij binnenkomst werd ik enorm onvriendelijk ontvangen. Hier zat de wat oudere dame die ik een goede dag zei. Voordat ik mijn zin überhaupt kon afmaken werd er enorm onvriendelijk door mij heen gesproken met de zin de check in is pas om 16:00. Dit wist ik al aangezien ik jullie had bericht en viel eigenlijk stil door haar houding en voelde me totaal niet welkom. Misschien omdat we om 13.00 aankwamen en ik al via een berichtje had gevraagd of we de koffer alvast bij de receptie mochten zetten. De rest van het personeel was overigens enorm vriendelijk al we langs liepen en wij ze gedag zeiden!

A warm & wonderful place to stay, for business or a great relaxing place to stay, 5 stars from me
Pros:

I retired from a big name hotel industry, & now when I travel I try to find unique properties/hotels. Masa is in the top 5 hotels! I don't go for the big chain hotels because they are cold & forsed friendly. Masa employees are down to earth honestly friendly.
The restaurant is beautiful, with great atmosphere & wonderful service!
I was there from living in Barcelona, looking around the area & signing papers on our new home. Masa is wonderfully located in Torrevieja to get around the area, & a beautiful ocean view! Thank you all, we enjoyed our stay & will recommend for a great stay to all interested in traveling to the area!

Cons:

I am comfortable in saying... I have no complaints.
