היה פעמיים מבול בלילה ופשוט טפטף לנו גדם על הראש
החדרים חשוכים מאוד! אין מדפים בכלל אין אחסון בכלל האמבטיה שבורה ומטפטפת... מלאאא יתושים ונמלי אד נעקצנו למוות .
והתשובה של המנהלת הייתה נשתפר לפעם הבאה !

Pros:

The hotel is easily accessible from the highway. There is free underground parking. The rooms were fairly large and well equipped. Staff in the restaurant were friendly. There are a number of pools within the golf club, all of which can be used. There is a Tesla Supercharger with 20 stations next to the hotel, which is handy for EV users (the hotel does not offer EV charging).

Cons:

Air conditioning was an issue, in one of the rooms it was not effective (could not reduce temperature below 26.5 C), in the other room it was too cold even if the temperature was increased on the display. I reported this issue to staff, nothing happened. For a four star hotel the breakfast was just the bare minimum in terms of selection and quality of food. Almost every morning (6:30 am) noisy lawn mower tractors worked in front of the windows maintaining the golf course.

Pros:

Das Hotel liegt inmitten einer großen, weitläufigen Ferienanlage mit angeschlossenem Golfplatz. Die Anlage ist schön und das Hotel sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die etwas abgelegene Lage außerhalb von Peschiera ist kein Problem, da die Erreichbarkeit mit dem Auto gut ist und bei Bedarf auch ein kostenloser Shuttle ins Ortszentrum von Peschiera zur Verfügung steht (den wir aber nicht genutzt hatten). Besonders hervorzuheben ist das gute Frühstück und das sehr gute Essen im angeschlossenen Restaurant "Il Pirlar". Das Personal im Restaurant und an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam.

Cons:

Es gibt eigentlich nichts auszusetzen.

Il contesto è meraviglioso, immerso nella natura. Gli alloggi spaziosi con tutti i confort. Pulizia impeccabile. Colazione ricca e di ottima qualità

Pensavamo di trascorrere una giornata in un'oasi di pace, invece sembrava di essere in un parco giochi con bambini urlanti che occupavano la piscina. Questa era trascurata, i lettini mezzi rotti e senza personale

Pros:

Struttura molto particolare, la cosa più bella è che ha molti servizi inclusi nel pernottamento, 5 piscine e soprattutto la navetta per Peschiera andata e ritorno inclusa. Staff gentilissimo.

Cons:

Unica pecca della mia camera era il para acqua della vasca che era rotto e facendo la doccia il bagno si allagava un po'. Però nulla di grave
