Letzte Woche hatten wir die Gelegenheit, in diesem Hotel zu übernachten, und wir waren wirklich sehr zufrieden. Zunächst einmal war die Lage des Hotels sehr zentral, sodass wir viele Orte problemlos erreichen konnten. Schon beim Einchecken hat uns die freundliche und aufmerksame Art des Personals beeindruckt.

Unser Zimmer war sehr sauber, geräumig und komfortabel. Die Betten waren bequem und das Badezimmer war äußerst hygienisch. Außerdem war im Zimmer alles vorhanden, was wir brauchten.

Die allgemeine Atmosphäre des Hotels war ruhig und entspannend, was es zu einem idealen Ort zum Erholen machte. Insgesamt hat das Hotel unsere Erwartungen sowohl in Bezug auf Servicequalität als auch auf Komfort mehr als erfüllt. Ein Hotel, das wir gerne wieder wählen und mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen können.

Die Lage ist gut. Bushaltestellen sind relativ nah.
Das Frühstück ist ausgezeichnet und bietet eine grosse Auswahl.
Das Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Mitunter bereits um 07:00 Uhr ein Gedränge am Frühstücksbuffet.

Ein tolles Hotel, in dem wir wieder buchen würden.
Pros:

Wir waren zu Fuß in ca. 15 Minuten mitten im Geschehen der Stadt. Bushaltestelle in angenehm kurzer Entfernung zu erreichen. Sehr gutes reichhaltiges Frühstück. Sehr gute Öffnungszeiten der Bar am späten Abend. Immer freundliche Bedienung, auch wenn es nach Mitternacht war. Das finden wir nicht so oft.

Cons:

Die beiden Kaffemaschinen hatten zumnächst verschiedene Stärke-Grade. Die Kaffee-Variationen schmeckten unterschiedlich. Außerdem waren die Intervalle von Wasser-, Bohnen und Kaffeesatz-Wechsel gelegentlich sehr schleppend. Das störte den Frühstücksgenuß.
