Pros:

Uitzicht kamer op tuin.

Cons:

Heel veel.
We boekten 3n en géén enkele keer werd de kamer gepoetst.
Kregen dus geen géén verse handdoeken.
Slecht, heel slechte hoofdkussens.
Ontbijt veel te duur(26€) en dan werd alles niet aangevuld indien het op. Mag je wel verwachten gezien de prijs.
En slechtste parking, ondanks ervoor gereserveerd, overvol en werd gevraagd om ergens op straat te gaan staan wat wij hebben geweigerd.
Kortom niet waardig 4sterren hotel.
Is ook met voorsprong het duurste vd reis op 11d Oostenrijk. Het dubbele.
Zou het afraden aan anderen om daar te boeken.

Pros:

Отличный отель в классном месте с претензией на 4-5 звезд. И вполне мог бы им соответствовать, задумано все классно, завтраки огонь. Чуть подводит человеческий фактор.

Cons:

Прислали несколько писем, что давайте экономить экологию и убираться по запросу. Это ок, почему бы и нет. И в первое же утро разбудили тем, что вошли в номер со словами уборка.

На регистрации очередь. Ну это мелочь.

Утюг и доску выдали на ресепшене в руки, не принесли в номер. Тоже мелочь. В целом меня спросили, согласна ли я.

Заказывали стирку еще, постирали очень хорошо и как-то даже мало денег за это взяли. Единственное белье пришлось самим забирать на ресепшене.

Как будто есть проблемы в организации службы работы с номерами.

Super Lage
Pros:

Die Lage war super, das Zimmer ausreichend groß. Alles wie beschrieben. Auch das Essen war sehr gut.

Pros:

De kamer was netjes en schoon

Cons:

Personeel was niet behulpzaam, parkeergeld is abnormaal hoog we zijn op dinsdagmiddag om 14.00 uur aangekomen toen we de volgende dag om 11.00 uur de auto weghaalde moesten we €33.00 betalen de volgende dag moesten we € 26.00 betalen. Er was bij inchecken niet vermeld dat het betaald parkeren was. Ook waren er veel te weinig parkeer plaatsen voor zo’n groot hotel.
