Troublesome check-in
Cons:

No one in the check-in. It has to be done digitally and their system and it didn't work. I had to do two telephone calls, i spoke German in both calls and the employee on the first call refused to speak English. It's ok if you can't speak English or refuse but at least inform your guests so they're aware there's nobody at the front desk and the call center can't or don't speak English.

Fijn hotel op een goede locatie
Pros:

Voor het hotel lag een voetbalveld/basketbalveld. Daar hebben onze kinderen dankbaar gebruik van gemaakt.
Vanaf het hotel liep je zo het centrum in van Seefeld met leuke restaurantjes en barretjes, dus ook voor ons een toplocatie.

Cons:

In de badkamer heb je een inloopdouche. De opening is niet zo handig, aangezien het behoorlijk nat werd in de badkamer.

I aske Booking to remove all possetive reviwes thy are all not true
We asked to get another room becaus we fellf that the room is unsaf But the staff rfused
I promised to warn any one :
All we needed we had to do through email no one in the front desk to help or to give you things that you needed
We had to send multable emails to get pillow or toilt paper
Be warned :as long as you are staying in the hotel there is no cleaning servcies
The room was the wors room That you can imagine the cilling was that low that we hit our heads more than once
But the most devstating thing was the bath room :no way to pathe in standing we had to be in pending stuation becaus of the low cilling tge light in the pathroomwas lowsy and had a bad smell
The breakfast was so boor that we had to buy balmost every thing
One day we asked for one bnanna and we were turned down
The couprds so smal that you cant hang clothes

Pros:

Nice hotel in a small town. The room was comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. You can spend your free time on the balcony and enjoy the nice mountain view. There is free parking in front of the hotel. You can visit Innsbruck by train. The train station is nearby.

Cons:

The only small problem was that the room was a little dark in the evening because the lighting was not very bright.

Inchecken niemand aanwezig er was geen sleutel in de key box
4 x gebeld naar het nr en eindelijk na 5 kwartier belde er iemand terug uiteindelijk een andere kamer gekregen.

Voor alleen overnachting oké, verder vrij sfeerloos.
Pros:

Het ontbijtterras heeft een prachtig uitzicht. Kamer is redelijk ruim en badkamer is modern.

Cons:

Er werkt niemand op receptie en er is ook niemand beschikbaar mocht er iets zijn, ook niet telefonisch. Hoe mooi ook het gebouw ook is, het hotel heeft daarmee geen sfeer. Het is een self-service slaapplaats, maar geen hotel meer, als je begrijpt wat ik bedoel.

Daarnaast bleek het balkon bij de kamer gedeeld met twee andere kamers die ook direct op het balkon uitkwamen. Daardoor voelde het ongemakkelijk om er gebruik van te maken, wat we dus ook niet gedaan hebben.

Gute Lage, gutes Frühstück mit schöner Aussicht.

Cons:

Das Zimmer könnte sauberer sein. Spinnenweben an der Decke und Krümel auf dem Sofa sind nicht das, was man sich als Gast wünscht.

Ruim appartement met goede bedden en een wat onhandige douche.
Pros:

Goede ligging en ruim appartement. De bedden waren goed! Ontbijt was goed!

Cons:

Het douchen in bad zonder de douchekop op te hangen is lastig. Verder vind ik persoonlijk personeel bij ontvangst fijner.

Nydelig plass, gode senger og god frokost.
Pros:

Nydelig beliggenhet for et sommerbesøk. Vi hadde en leilighet, med god plass, og gode senger. Ligger rett ved en vakker grønn park, svømmeanlegg, rulleskibane, sykkelutleie og restauranter.

Cons:

Det er ingen resepsjon,. Hyggelig betjening ved frokosten, men ingen av dem snakket engelsk. Litt få parkeringsplasser.
Jeg likte ikke online innsjekking med Keyone.
