Die zentrale Lage und der Frühstücksraum mit Sonne und großen Fenstern.

Cons:

Es wäre schön wenn im Frühstücksraum etwas Hintergrundmusik laufen würde, das würde der Atmosphäre sehr zugute kommen. Der Teppichboden in den Zimmern.

Online Zugang sehr nervig. Dann das Zimmer doppelt vergeben.
Anderes Zimmer bekommen. Leider ohne Balkon. Gebucht war ein größeres Zimmer mit Balkon.

Struttura priva di receptionist perché informatizzata. Hotel molto carino in ottima posizione, praticamente in centro. Posti auto disponibili in ampio spazio e camera bellissima, grande e accogliente. Un particolare plauso va al servizio clienti che ci ha risposto immediatamente e ci ha velocemente risolto un problema con la carta di credito. Colazione varia e abbondante con personale gentile.

Das Frühstück war sehr gut

Cons:

Bei reservation wird alles nur auf Englisch geschickt und da ich nur Deutsch spreche war es sehr mühsam obwohl ich es immer auf Deutsch übersetzen wollte ging es trotzdem nicht.
Da sollte man was machen, wenn einer auf deutsch reserviert, das alles auf deutsch zugeschickt wird

Mi è stata data una camera attaccata alla cucina dove alle sei del mattino si sentivano tutti i rumori nella stanza , colazione molto confusionale poca pulizia , insetti sul cibo senza controllo del personale .. personale non molto cordiale e tanto meno professionale .in tre giorni nessun servizio della camera nemmeno cambio asciugamani ho chiesto un ferro da stiro e mi è stato detto che non c era .. mentre l anno scorso siamo stati trattati benissimo in più il personale era cordiale attento e molto educato .. si percepisce che c’è una nuova gestione ma poco funzionale come personale .. avevo scelto la struttura anche pensando di trovare lo staff dell anno prima sopratutto un ragazzo italiano di nome Vincenzo molto attento e professionale..

Huone oli tilava ja valoisa, pihassa oli reilusti parkkitilaa ja ravintoloihin lyhyt kävelymatka. Aamiainen oli hyvä ja monipuolinen.

Cons:

Hotellissa ei ollut vastaanottoa joten check-in piti hoitaa itse automaatilla tai puhelimella. Ohjelma takkuili jonkin verran eikä avainkoodia saanut ennenkuin oli saanut lomakkeen kaikki kohdat hyväksytysti täytettyä.
