While Velvet Hotel does it's best to minimize noise disruption, due to it's location in Manchester’s Gay Village, some external noise is unavoidable during busier periods (including Tuesday, Friday and Saturday evenings). The hotel reception can provide ear plugs on request.
Village Brasserie is currently closed for refurbishment works. The hotel reception can provide alternative restaurant recommendations. Velvet Bar remains open for drinks only.

Exceptional service, very polite staff and the hotel is immaculate. Visited here for business and we couldn't fault it. The room was a good size, bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean.
Nothing to fault. The service, the staff and the facilities were all above expectations. We would definitely stay again at this hotel. I reccomend if you are visiting Manchester

The blinds in the room which had roof windows. The blinds were in adequate; daylight coming into the room. Needs a full one piece blackout blind

Gestört hat mich aber, das die Reception mein Anliegen zu Kenntnis genommen hat und mir gleichwohl das gesamte Late Checkout verrechnet hat. Zero Kundendienst!

Noise until early hours of the morning Body wash was empty
Only had 1 toilet roll in the room & it was very cheap
