We had a wonderful two-night stay at Bamboo Sapa Hotel!

The hotel has a lovely atmosphere, and the staff were exceptionally kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. They genuinely went out of their way to make sure we had a great experience.

One of the highlights was the amazing excursion the hotel arranged for us. Everything was beautifully organized, and we had such a memorable time exploring the breathtaking scenery of Sapa. We truly appreciated their help in making this experience so special.

The breakfast was absolutely fantastic! A wonderful selection of delicious food, with plenty of options to enjoy. It was such a lovely way to start each morning.

Another highlight was the beautiful outdoor swimming pool. Although it’s relatively small, it’s absolutely charming and provides a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the surroundings.

Overall, we had a fantastic experience. The combination of warm hospitality, excellent breakfast, beautiful surroundings, and attentive service made our stay truly enjoyable.

We would happily recommend Bamboo Sapa Hotel to anyone visiting Sapa!

Pros:

Was walking distance to restaurants and shops. The room was simple/clean. The breakfast had a wide variety of yum food.

Cons:

The shower facilities were a little frustrating for us. We also had sleep disruptions with other customers being noisey late at night and in the early morning.

Sind auf unsere Wünsche eingegangen. Wir sind mit dem Nachtbus gekommen, und konnten erst 14 Uhr einchecken. Sie haben ermöglicht, dass wir uns duschen können und auch Frühstück war möglich.

Pros:

Superbe hôtel. Vue incroyable sur les montages (de la chambre et depuis la piscine). Personnel très gentil et serviable. Super chambre, grande, confortable et bien équipée. Super buffet.

Cons:

Manque d’isolation, les voisins de chambres étaient extrêmement bruyants tout au long de la nuit (pas la faute de l’hôtel).

Pros:

Loved the pools and that there was an indoor and outdoor one so that you could choose depending on the weather. The beds were very comfortable, the rooms very spacious and the staff were lovely. I’ve never seen a buffet breakfast so big with so many options. Also great location. Really made our stay in Sapa!
