שירות נהדר. מיקום מעולה. חדר מרווח ויפה ממש. הבריכה יפיפיה למרות שהעונה הקאנו המים היו קרים קצת, אבל יש גם בריכה מחוממת, אז זה סגר את הפינה..
בחדר שקיבלנו ( שמוגדר כסטנדרט) אין חלון וזה קצת פיספוס כי הנוף לצד של ההרים פשוט מושלם

The rooms were not very clean and appeared quite old. In addition, the overall hygiene standards were not satisfactory. For example, the same bowl was used repeatedly to prepare omelets for different guests. As a vegetarian, I unfortunately found pieces of ham in my omelet, likely because leftovers from a previous guest’s omelet containing ham were mixed into mine.

Furthermore, the mirror and the faucet in the room were broken.

Nice hotel, good price
Pros:

Amazing value. Good view over the valley. Very near Moana Sapa and easy enough to walk into the centre of town. Staff were very friendly and helpful when organising trips out. We ordered room service which was prompt and the fried rice was really tasty. Room was huge.

Cons:

Traffic around the hotel was bad and it was hard for taxis or buses to pull up outside.

Excellent!
Pros:

The staff was exceptional. The view from the room was so beautiful. Special thanks to Kenny. He was very responsive on WhatsApp, which was very much appreciated as this booking was for my dad, and he was travelling solo. Arrangements were made very fast for tours, transport, etc. Dinner at the restaurant was excellent too, as per my dad. Thank you!

Tolle Aussicht, aber nicht auf 5-Sterne-Niveau

Die Zimmer sind groß und die Aussicht vom Balkon ist spektakulär.
Das Frühstück ist gut und die Auswahl ist auch gut, wenn man früh genug kommt.
Der Hauptpool ist super auch wenn er etwas kalt ist.

Cons:

- Keine Badewanne vorhanden, wie in Zimmerbeschreibung stand.
- Keine Stühle auf dem Balkon.
- Keine Bodenreinigung im Zimmer. Über 5 Nächte haben wir keine neuen Bettlaken bekommen, Seife wird nicht nachgefüllt. Duschhaube wurde nicht ersetzt
- Keine Hilfe mit dem Gepäck. Für ein angebliches Fünf-Sterne-Hotel gehört sich das anders.
- Unhygienische Gäste am Buffet, die sich mit den Händen bedienen während das Personal zuschaut.
- Nichtraucherhotel, aber beim Frühstück darf auf der überdachten Terrasse des Restaurants geraucht werden. Als Nichtraucher kann man also nicht zum Frühstück draußen sitzen.
- Schallisolierung ist zwischen den Zimmern gut. Vom Gang her aber laut, da manche Gäste die Schilder ignorieren leise zu sein.

Modern, spacious, clean, pool (too cold & wet to use when I was there), food, amenities, central location, exceptional level of customer service. The staff were very professional, authentic, friendly, helpful, trustworthy. They offered suggestions on tours, and things to do. Kenny was exceptional, checking in on me & asking if I needed anything. All the staff were great, helpful, respectful, loyal and the thing that stood out, is they genuinely love their job & what they do. That’s so rewarding to live in a country with opportunities to work, learn & grow. Unlike the tragic & unimaginable horrific situation in the Middle East, something very close to my heart as I was born in Lebanon.

Cons:

Personeel, ik belde naar receptie om te vragen voor zout, ze heeft me letterlijk verteld dat ze daar niks mee te maken heeft en dat ik naar de restaurant moet lopen om zout te gaan halen. Ze doen onnodig high class.
