Majority lovely stay
Pros:

Everything about the property was beautiful and location and facilities were great. Some staff were rude

Cons:

Had a bad experience with some of the front of house staff at check in they really acted like we were annoying and an inconvenience. All other staff were great including the breakfast staff. Really tried to avoid talking to the front of house staff at the desk as they were really quite rude.
