Highly recommend for a comfortable stay.
Pros:

Great hotel towards the end of town into the valley. Great breakfast and staff are great. 2 pools, gym and spa facilities make this place. Clean and comfortable.

Cons:

Location is a bit out of town centre but an easy walk regardless.

Bamboo Sapa
Pros:

Các bạn nhân viên rất nhiệt tình.

Cons:

Cốc dùng để pha trà cafe trong phòng như chưa được được làm sạch. Chỗ miệng cốc ố vàng sợ không dám dùng luôn. Tivi thì không có kết nối Internet.

The inside pool was wonderful and hot and it was great because we were there on a cold day.

Alles in allem war es super, ausser die anderen Gäste sind speziell...

Das Hotel ist super. Die Aussicht ist sehr schön. Zum Glück ist das Hotel ein bisschen ausserhalb des Rummels, da es im Zentrum von Sapa sehr laut ist... Wir hatten ein ziemlich grosses Zimmer mit Balkon (Suite), welches wirklich top war!

Cons:

Es gab sehr viele Hotelgäste, die anscheinend keinen Anstand haben (da kann das Hotel nichts dafür, von denen gibt es in GANZ Sapa, sehr VIELE), sie haben deswegen auch ziemlich viele Regeln (an die sich leider kaum jemand hält). Evtl. sollte man auch Regeln machen, dass man BADEbekleidung anziehen sollte, wenn man in den Pool geht. Wenn 20 Personen mit Jeans, T-Shirts usw. baden gehen ist es wirklich ekelhaft und lädt auch nicht zum baden ein.
Wenn es schon so einen schönen Balkon gibt im Zimmer, wären Balkonmöbel (Stühle) toll... aber es geht auch wenn man die Stühle von drinnen, nach draussen nimmt.

Der Ausblick vom Balkon und die Lage des Hotels.

Cons:

Meine Freundin und ich haben uns extra ein gehobeneres Zimmer mit großem Balkon gebucht, da meine Freundin Raucherin ist.
Als wir angekommen sind wurden wir informiert, dass Rauchen auf dem Balkon verboten ist.
Zudem waren auf dem Balkon auch keine Sitzmöglichkeiten vorhanden, weshalb wir uns dort auch nicht aufgehalten haben.

Great hotel in Sapa.
Pros:

The staff were exceptional. We received help with our luggage from the moment we arrived. Breakfast was very well organised.

Cons:

Taking into account where you are, in a remote area, the hotel could do with some refurbishments as it’s getting on. But it is nice.
