Que la puerta del baño no tenía seguro y la ventana del baño tenía vista con los apartamentos de al frente tuvimos que poner una toalla para tapar

Terrible customer service and gaslighting
Pros:

Avoid this hotel if you want peace of mind. They gave me a dark, noisy room that was way worse than what I paid for. The reception staff literally told me my booked room didn't exist and tried to force me to pay for an upgrade. After two days of exhausting arguments, they suddenly "found" my original room. They lied to my face, wasted my time, and showed zero hospitality. Absolutely unacceptable.

Definetely stop again.
Pros:

Ideal location in centre of town , for all the vars and restaurants. So so close to the railway station.

Clean, perfect location, good room, will stay again

Brilliant value for money, very clean and good bathroom.

Cons:

There wasn’t any major problems. The only real thing i can say was that there was one angry individual trying to break into another room but the security soon dealt with this matter.

Es ist sehr Zentral. Alle aus dem Hotel waren sehr lieb. Wir hatten unseren Hundewelpen dabei gehabt und die kleine wurde mit Herzen aufgenommen. Es war sauber und kann diesen Ort mehr als empfehlen. Ich würde jeder Zeit wieder kommen.
