Cons:

Havlular çok sert ve kötü, oda çok kötü tuvalet kokuyor sürekli camları açık tutmak gerekiyor. Mutlaka yenilenmesi lazım.

L’emplacement de l’hôtel est très bien, le personnel est magnifique. La dame qui travaille le matin est très sympathique. Vu que je ne parle pas espagnol, elle a fait un énorme effort pour communiquer avec moi. Le monsieur du soir aussi, rien à dire : j’avais besoin de pansements pour mon pied et il est parti m’en chercher gratuitement. Vraiment merci. Les filles du restaurant également étaient adorables.

La seule chose qui m’a gêné, c’est que pendant les 3 nuitées, les serviettes n’ont pas été changées. Même si la dame de la réception m’a dit qu’elle pouvait faire une exception pour moi et me les changer, je ne voulais pas abuser de sa gentillesse.

Mais pour tout le reste, rien à dire. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe.

Buena ubicación, pésimo servicio de limpieza

Su ubicación y la cercanía a todo

Cons:

Uno de los días no me hicieron la habitación y al día siguiente tampoco la limpiaron correctamente. Simplemente entraron y estiraron un poco las sábanas para aparentar que la cama estaba hecha, pero no limpiaron el baño, ni el suelo, ni absolutamente nada. Viajo con frecuencia y he estado en hoteles, hostales y apartahoteles de muchos sitios, y sinceramente nunca me había ocurrido algo así. La verdad, me parece lamentable.
