Very honest choice.

Αρχικά μου άρεσε πολύ η τοποθεσία. Γειτονιά στο 14ο διαμέρισμα ήσυχη αλλά μπορούσες να βρεις και πράγματα για αγορά ή για φαγητό.. πολύ κοντά στο μετρό και σε 25 λεπτά ήσουν στον πύργο του άιφελ. Καθαριότητα του δωματίου κάθε μέρα, το πρωινό λίγο περιορισμένο αλλά ότι υπήρχε στον πάγκο ήταν καλής ποιότητας. Ιδιαιτέρως ευχαριστημένος έμεινα από από τα παιδιά στη ρεσεψιόν, κυρίως από τον Adrian με τον οποίο μίλησα και τις περισσότερες φορές στις 5 μέρες διαμονής μου. Συγχαρητήρια σε όλη την ομάδα του ξενοδοχείου.



Initially I really liked the location. Quiet neighborhood in the 14th arrondissement but you could also find things to buy or eat.. very close to the metro and in 25 minutes you were at the Eiffel Tower. Cleanliness of the room every day, breakfast a little limited but what was on the counter was of good quality. I was particularly pleased with the guys at the reception, especially Adrian with whom I spoke most of the time during my 5 days of stay. Congratulations to the entire hotel team.

Gut, aber mit Abzug für die Parkgarage
Pros:

Wir wollten uns Paris anschauen und brauchten das Hotel nur für die Übernachtung, dafür war es gut. Es war sauber, das Bett war bequem, klimatisiert, geräumiges Bad, mit Minibar, Kaffeemaschine, TV und Fön ganz gut ausgestattet. Die Métrostation ist gleich um die Ecke. Preislich okay… es ist eben Paris. Frühstück und Sauna haben wir nicht getestet.

Cons:

Die Parkgarage war sehr eng und sehr tief. Mit einem Auto, das über zwei Meter hoch ist, sollte man dort nicht reinfahren. Das Hotel beteuert, dass es Hinweischilder für die geringe Tiefe an der Garage gibt, die waren für uns allerdings nicht sichtbar, auch bei der Buchung wird darauf nicht hingewiesen! Mir hat es das Dachfenster meines Bullis zerlegt. Das Hotel übernahm dafür keinerlei Verantwortung.

Хороший небольшой отель в спокойном месте.Расположение отличное,близко к центру.Рядом 2 станции метро (4-5 миут спокойным шагом).До основных достопримечательностей 20-30 минут.Рядом полно всяких кафе,бистро и булочных с очень либеральными ценами.Район очень безопасный в любое время суток.Мы гуляли даже в 1-2 ночи. В отеле есть просторный лифт,сауна.Что приятно удивило,то,что есть уютная комната отдыха,где можно оставить вещи и отдохнуть если до вылета ещё много времени,а номер надо освободить в 12.Персонал очень отзывчивый,доброжелательный,помогает в любых вопросах.Номера чистые,уборка и смена полотенец каждый день.Сам номер дастаточно просторный с удобной кроватью,а ванная комната очень большая и комфортная.В номере есть конденционер(что очень важно для Парижа летом),аппарат для кофе и каждый день пополняют капсулы.В баре бесплатные соки вода.Рекондую данный отель и если снова буду в Париже,то только сюда

Emplacement de l'hôtel proche d'une station de métro, restaurants et commerces. A 15mn de la tour montparnasse

Cons:

Chambre qui mériterait un bon rafraîchissement peinture et autre notamment la salle de bain.
Petit déjeuner simple mais pas de pain toujours frais, pas de pain céréales ou complet comme sur les photos, pas de fruits de saison, pancake sous emballage...
Literie médiocre (matelas et coussins).
Pas d'ouverture possible dans la salle de bain.
