Terrible. Would not stay anymore.
The place looks like it was ripped out of the 1980.
With a 2 year old child, asked for a quiet room. Instead we got the first one where everyone can be heard walking past. The walls are from papers, you can hear even quiet talk. The rooms are dirty and tiny.
The bedsheets don't fit, the window handle is almost coming off.
The staff doesn't care about you, straight face, no smile, they don't care what's happening with you. Ordered a taxi the day before and it arrived 20 minutes late and costs double than Uber. I mentioned the guy at the reception and he was just smiling and said he only can tell me what the taxi driver tells. I said why the hotel's name includes the word "airport" if it's so unreliable to book anything through them. He just said it's the owners "marketing" implying it isn't true.
He clearly didn't care about us and our situation and did only make us feel worse.
For this customer service it's alone for me not to ever go back there. Avoid!

Pokoje I łazienki z odciśniętym piętnem czasu, zużyte reczniki. Duży hałas z korytarza (parter) trwający do późnej nocy i od wczesnego rana, brak gniazdek zasilających przy łóżku.

Everything was good, the reception staff was courteous, the room was spacious and modern, the location was very close to the airport, which is very convenient for those who have an early morning flight.
There is nothing in the hotel that disappointed me, everything is good.
