LA MENTABLE EL ACCESO AL PARKING
Pros:

- La ubicación.
- El personal en general y la recepcionista JULIA en particular: un encanto de chica.

Cons:

Es lamentable que, habiendo reservado parking, no tuviera a mi disposición un mando a distancia para abrir y cerrar el garaje: cada vez que quería hacerlo tenía que pedir el mando en recepción y dejar el coche mal aparcado en el exterior para devolver el mando en recepción (sólo tiene un mando). Al volver y querer aparcar en el garaje había que repetir la operación. Me parece una falta de consideración imperdonable con el cliente; un CERO para la dirección del hotel, incapaz de aportar mas medios de LIBRE e INCONDICIONAL acceso al garaje
