Una experiencia regular.
Pros:

Mi experiencia en este hotel no ha sido del todo satisfactoria. Al hacer la reserva destacaban en letras grandes y en color verde que el niño era gratis, pero lo que no vi fue que, en la letra pequeña, indicaban que la cuna tenía un suplemento de 5 € por noche, importe que tuve que pagar directamente en el establecimiento. Me parece una publicidad bastante confusa, ya que el mensaje principal da a entender que alojarse con un niño no supone ningún coste adicional. En otros alojamientos donde me he hospedado nunca me habían cobrado un suplemento por la cuna.

En cuanto al hotel, la ubicación es buena y resulta cómoda para desplazarse. Sin embargo, las habitaciones y el mobiliario son bastante antiguos y necesitarían una renovación. Como aspecto positivo, los baños sí están reformados y se encuentran en buen estado.

En general, recomendaría que la información sobre los posibles suplementos se mostrara de forma mucho más clara para evitar sorpresas desagradables al llegar al hotel.

Top Lage am hafen und zum Kneipenviertel! Tiefgaragenmöglichkeit!
Pros:

Lage top! Direkt am Hafen mit den Fähren zu den Inseln! Fußläufig ins Kneipenviertel! ABER keine Klimaanlage auf dem Zimmer, Zimmer sehr klein. Die Möglichkeit, einen Platz in der Tiefgarage zu buchen war super! Aber das Frühstück war ein Witz: einen Kaffee, einen Orangensaft und ein mit Zuckersaft übergossenes Croissant! Das ist noch ausbaufähig.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit!

Keine Klimaanlage, Frühstück sehr kläglich

A superb choice of hotel in an enchanting location.
Pros:

The location is superb. It is 40m from the main plaza & the Cathedral of Santiago de Compostela. It is surrounded by restaurants & shops & has been tastefully furnished. The staff were universally welcoming & helpful & thoroughly complemented the charm of this hotel

Cons:

Be aware that it is not possible to drive to the entrance to the hotel - even to unload. However, there is an underground car park adjacent to the Post Office & it is only a couple of hundred yards from there to the hotel.

Pros:

We stayed 1 night here while walking the Camino, it was in a great location for restaurants as well as the walking track. It was clean and the staff were very helpful recommending where to eat. I highly recommend.
