В цілому сподобалось перебування в готелі.
Pros:

Суперове розташування, близько до визначних памʼяток і старого міста, вид з номера приголомшливий- на замок Вавеля і Віслу, щодня давали маленьку пляшку води на людину, достойні сніданки-мені всього вистачило з вибору. В номерах і готелі чисто. Ванна кімната велика.

Cons:

Ввечері в темноті при заселенні було складно знайти вхід в готель, бо не вистачає гарної вивіски з боку вулиці Сандомєрська.
Дуже розчарували ліжка і особливо постільна білизна, ну вона прям «втомлена» вже, ще й видно, що не з комплекту, а в різнобій, подушки теж краще оновити, і краще, щоб їх було дві, а не одна на ліжко, бо вони настільки пласкі, що однієї не вистачало.

Disappointing
Pros:

Beautiful river view from the dining area. Good breakfast. The room had two large panoramic windows. Clean linen. The bathroom was also very big and comfortable.

Cons:

Unfortunately, my experience with the reception staff was disappointing. When I arrived, I felt unwelcome, as if I had entered the wrong place by mistake. The receptionist seemed irritated and unfriendly, which was quite surprising and uncomfortable. Overall, the service at the front desk did not feel warm or hospitable at all.
The pillows were also very uncomfortable — too high and hard to sleep on. I even had to use a towel under my head to make it manageable. In addition, the hotel advertised blackout curtains, but the curtains let in a lot of light, so the room was not dark enough for comfortable sleep. Considering the price of the stay, this was quite disappointing.
The entrance to the hotel was like entering an old hostel or dormitory than a hotel, especially considering the price and the photos online.
Roof top terrace are closed.

Spoko hotel, żeby się przespać i zjeść śniadanie w przyzwoitej cenie. Bez większych udogodnień.

Lekki remont by się przydał. Miło by było gdyby okna w jadalni były czyste, widok na Wawel byłby jeszcze leoszy.
