Amazing! Will definitively return!
Pros:

The meals were awesome, so many stations, so much choice! Fresh from grill options as well. And a seafood night! Whatever the heart desired, the restaurant had it. And the staff bent over backwards to fulfill every wish. I can't say enough about how friendly and accommodating everybody was.

Cons:

I was a tad surprised that non-alcoholic drinks were not free, but that really was not an issue or deal-breaker. We both loved our stay at this hotel!

Lo vamos a incluir en nuestros hoteles de cabecera
Pros:

Es el segundo año consecutivo que pasamos una semana allí. Desde que llegas a la recepción el primer día hasta que sales para marcharte no hay ni una mala cara. Personal servicial y amable hssta más allá de lo exigible. Desde recepción, comedor, cafetería, limpieza... todo son facilidades. Felicitar a quién haga la selección del personal.
Las instalaciones cumplen las expectativas. Habitaciones y camas cómodas y limpias. Apenas esperas en los ascensores pese a la cantidad de clientes. Las dos piscinas son suficientes, sin aglomeraciones. El buffet es bueno y variado, bien cocinado y con suficiente personal.
La playa de La Romana, muy buena, con todos los servicios, está nada más cruzar la calle.
Volveremos sin duda. Salimos ayer del hotel y está mañana ya he estado mirando para volver el próximo verano.
Por cierto, en la cafetería he tomado el mejor café en bastante tiempo, estuviera el turno que estuviera.
No hay que dejar de ir donde estás a gusto y te tratan así.

Cons:

Nada en absoluto. Lo peor algunos clientes. Si está señalizado que, dentro de todo el hotel, hay que ir vestido tampoco cuesta tanto cumplir. Bañadores chorreando en el ascensor no deberían tener cabida. Al igual que la gente que acude a comer o cenar a la hora de cerrar el comedor. Media hora antes del final del servicio deberíais "recordarle" los horarios a los clientes que entran tarde por norma.

Great hotel
Pros:

Great location, lovely pool, staff fab, drinks great and room clean and great air con. Very happy.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the breakfast was not so great and needs improvement as food was cold at times and not tasty. Not many food options for non meat eaters. Orange juice had no flavour but there was a good selection in general.
