Pros:

The room is clean, minimal, and spacious and has everything I need. The staff is very nice and welcoming. The location is good. It's close to the train station, some main attractions and many good restaurants.

Cons:

My room was on a main street and it was noisy at night. Thankfully I had some earplugs which did the job.

Great stay in Florence!
Pros:

Great location—super close to the train station, yet surprisingly quiet. The air conditioning works great!

Staff are really sweet and helpful, and you can store your luggage after check-out, which was super convenient.

Cons:

Just a heads-up: they don't provide toothbrushes, toothpaste, or a mini-fridge, but everything else you need is there.

The room looks a bit dated, but it's totally fine.

È stato un soggiorno davvero piacevole a Firenze. La struttura si trova in una posizione fantastica nel cuore del centro storico. Ponte Vecchio, gli Uffizi, il Duomo e tutti i luoghi principali sono facilmente raggiungibili a piedi, rendendo la visita della città molto comoda. Nei dintorni si trovano numerosi ristoranti tipici e supermercati locali per ogni necessità quotidiana.

La camera era molto pulita, ben attrezzata, silenziosa e confortevole per dormire. Il proprietario è gentile, disponibile e paziente in ogni comunicazione. Al momento del check‑out abbiamo avuto un problema imprevisto con il pagamento, che abbiamo risolto senza difficoltà grazie alla sua comprensione.

Il rapporto qualità‑prezzo è eccellente per una sistemazione nel centro di Firenze, superiore alle nostre aspettative. Perfetto sia per visite turistiche che per brevi soggiorni. Torneremo volentieri in futuro e consigliamo vivamente questa struttura a tutti i viaggiatori.
