Cons:

Cheguei duas horas depois do horário de check-in, liberaram as chaves do quarto e ao chegar não tinha terminado a limpeza ainda, ficamos 30min esperando. Cafe da manhã bem fraco.

La limpieza, el desayuno estaba bien.

Cons:

La ducha de la habitación que me dieron perdió agua cuando me duché, la chica aunque amable, limpió así no más, y si bien, me cambiaron de habitación, fue en última instancia. El aire acondicionado era medio complicado el funcionamiento y no tiraba tanto frío. Se escuchaban ruidos de agua, no sé si de las otras habitaciones. El señor de la recepción no era muy simpático.

Pros:

El hotel es muy familiar y agradable y está a un paso del centro. Las habitaciones son espaciosas y tranquilas y el personal es muy amable.

Cons:

El desayuno en horas punta. Escasez de personal y servicio para atender al volumen de huéspedes.

If you are coming from any country where air con means that you are really getting cool/cold air, this hotel is not for you in the summer months. I had booked 2 rooms. 1 double and 1 triple. The double room air con was cool enough to allow for moderate comfort for sleeping if you are not a warm person. The triple room was a joke. There is a 1 small air con for a room that was longish with 2 sections. I bed is in the first 1/4 of the room which had a air con unit. The other 2 beds took up the other 3/4 of the long room had no air con unit. The air from the only unit in the small section of room with 1 bed was at best blowing air that was 25 degree celcius. There was no way that the 2 other people sleepling in the 3/4 of the room was going to be cool down in any way. The corridoor of the hotel was cooler than the room. I had to go to the front desk to explain that it was impossible for the other 2 people to sleep that night. They were gracious enough to provide me with another double room which had better air con. I suspect that the a/c unit in room 314 was broken. That said, I had to leave 1 son in that room. We managed to close the door to the 3/4 of the room so that the broken a/c unit would only cool 1/4 of the room. Even then, my son said that it was luke warm the whole night and he had at least 10 mosquito bites from the mosquitoes in the room. Overall I would not recommend this hotel if you are not from other parts of Europe where lukewarm air con is the standard. It would be miserable for a summer night to sleep if you from U.S or developed part of Asia where air con is a standard.
