Cons:

Purtroppo ci è capitata una stanza al piano terra che si affacciava direttamente sulla hall e anche alle due di notte (a causa di ospiti maleducati) sembrava di avere gente in stanza. Bagno molto buono, da riparare ventola dell’areazione del bagno visto che la stanza è piccola e il bagno è senza finestre, trovare la ventola non funzionante è stato un problema.

Very good value in the heart of old town

It’s very well located. You are in the heart of the old town, 3 minutes from the cathedral. Clean, kind staff, very powerful A/C. Surprisingly quiet.

Chambre en rez de chaussée avec le lit collé au mur avec fenêtre donnant sur le salon et l’ascenseur donc très bruyant le matin avec les gens qui stationnent et parlent fort.

Siviglia è meravigliosa, con i suoi monumenti, siamo stati benissimo. Merita una visita accurata.
Pros:

A pochi passi dalla Cattedrale di Siviglia e dall'Alcazar, zona molto viva, piena di locali dove poter mangiare e fare colazione. Aperto H. 24, Wi.Fi. funzionante, con una buona pulizia.

Ubicación y Limpieza.

Cons:

Si bien es pequeño el espacio extrañamos donde mantener fresca el agua u otros. Si hay en el hotel no nos enteramos. Y la TV. estaba desconfigurada, solo dos canales en ingles y nos somos de Uruguay ( idioma español ) Sugiero verificar antes de que llegue el huesped.

Cama pequeña (corta). Y no soy muy alto (1,80). Mi habitación tenía una única ventana que daba a un espacio de circulación interno por la que pasaban todos los huéspedes, algunos hablando en voz alta!

Ubicación excepcional, muy limpio , Fernando a sido muy agradable y nos calentó el agua perfecto para un buen mate argentino. Recomiendo el hotel Goya.
