Location. Proximity to the old town. Space. Two bedrooms and kitchenette.

Cons:

Confusing address. The access to the property was via a gate at different street numbers from the property itself. View from the windows; railway tracks.

Jego postawa jawi się jako imponderabilizm wyalienowany z pośpiechu, w którym rzeczone narzędzie, owo sacrum pośród pluchy, wznosi go ponad trywialne zmagania z nawałnicą. die lage ist super, altstadt zu fuss erreichbar.
parkplatz inbegriffen und ok.
gutes restaurant neben dem hotel.
super freundlicher empfang.

Cons:

mängel im appartment "gabbiano" im 4. stock (gut gemeint, damit die qualität besser wird):
- kein warmes wasser (therme vermutlich kaputt, bei kontaktaufnahme keine reaktion)
- ein balkon (im spitz) nicht gereinigt, brüstung verschimmelt
- rolllade bei der balkontür nicht fixierbar
- 3 glühbirnen bei deckenlampen kaputt, daher kein ausreichendes licht im wohnzimmer und in der küche
- "frühstück inbegriffen" heisst nur ein paar süssigkeiten und knabbereien im zimmer, da kein essraum
- wandmalerei an einigen stellen blättert ab
- keine kaffeemaschine, nur eine kaffeekanne
- das bett mit metallgestell, quietscht
- küchenelemente teilweise beschädigt
- dusche sehr klein, bei silikonverfugung schimmelbildung
- preis von 163,50 per nacht überteuert für diese unterkunft

Cucina estremamente fornita, colazione abbondante, lenzuola e asciugamani per tutti molto puliti, staff gentilissimo.
Sotto è presente un ristorantino che sembra molto carino, ma che non siamo riusciti a provare.

La camera molto grande, letto buono, con annessa cucina funzionante e bagno pulito. Annesso un ristorante

La vicinanza alla ferrovia, praticamente i binari distano circa 30 metri dal balcone. I treni li ho sentiti passare fino ad una certa ora, poi mi sono addormentato 😉 La stazione distante circa 400mt
