Got dirty towels. Was there on memorial weekend and it said breakfast was until 10:30 on holidays and they had it closed up and cleaned up at 9 so staff, not being informed of holidays and such breakfast service was a very big disappointment and staff was rude.

Will need to find a new brand if all Country Inns are left to neglect ...so disappointed!
Pros:

Guess I was disappointed as the last time we stayed at Country Inn and Suites, the breakfast was amazing ..this was quite disappointing for a healthy eater

Cons:

This one needs a huge cleaning of carpets, stairs, brightness lacking due to dark paint and dirt, mattress was well worn and so soft from wear we couldn't believe we were at Country Inn! Room and halls were dark and dingy sadly. Pool was Clorox suffocation.. couldn't go inside the door ~ needs ventilation!

Surprisingly disap pointed
Pros:

The staff was outwardly friendly. The room and beds were ok.

Cons:

They advertise as having free WiFi, when it's not true. It's not reliable and didn't work. It seemed like they were on dial-up mode and it stayed in processing mode. We could hardly ever connect, and we were there for over a week. She told me they didn't know why the WiFi didn't work, and it's been like that for awhile. I asked if they could call someone to find out and she said she didn't know. That's not an acceptable answer. I then asked her if there's a manager and she said she would talk to the manager. She then said she's telling the guests to use our own hotspot. I don't have that for a laptop. She then said they have one small work room on the main floor and "maybe" the WiFi will work t🤔 here. I paid a lot of money to stay at this hotel for over a week. I couldn't work on my laptop or watch a movie on YouTube from the comfort of my own room for over a week. They didn't seem to care and didn't attempt to resolve the issue. It was disappointing and surprising, because they're rated a was high on the site. Not what I expected. I don't think we would stay here again, if there are other options.

Pros:

This property is in disrepair. The first room we were in had an ac/heat unit that did not turn off, the tub was chipped and it was dirty-there was a spot of what appeared to be blood in the back half of the tub and there was a big spider in our room (not anyone’s fault). The check in clerk was very nice yet when I reported these to the front desk, the woman asked if the tub was dirty before or after we used it-what??? Who would use a dirty tub then report it? They did end up changing our room in place of cleaning it and repairing the ac unit. The area around the hotel is run down and a bit sketchy and the traffic noise around it was very noisy. We left a day early and would not stay here again.

Country Inns & Suites was clean, comfortable, quiet and a good value for the money.
Pros:

The breakfast buffet was very good with a lot of choices.

Cons:

The panel in the elevator was a little clunky and you sometimes had to push the button for the floor you wanted to go to several times before it would work.

Been staying here for years with no complaints or issues.
Pros:

Breakfast is exceptional ! Good selection and always fresh.

Cons:

This is a very small issue and I shouldn’t it mention it but, the chairs in the dinning area needs some felt or rubber added to the bottom of each leg. It is very annoying and loud when someone moves a chair.
