The hotel offers a spacious room and hassle-free parking, which made the stay convenient. Its central location is a plus — everything in the city is within walking distance, making it easy to explore without needing transportation.

Cons:

The bed sheets were polyester and uncomfortable, which affected sleep quality. The towels were small and thin, and the absence of a hair dryer was inconvenient. While the staff was professional, they came across as rather curt, lacking warmth or friendliness.

Overall, the room did not meet basic expectations for a hotel stay.

Very disappointing stay and definitely not worth the price. This hotel is advertised as a non-smoking property, yet our room smelled strongly of cigarettes when we arrived. Unfortunately, there were no other rooms available to move to.

The bathroom door did not close, the window was secured only with a wooden stick, and there was no window screen. Because we had to open the window due to the cigarette smell, the room quickly filled with mosquitoes.

The soap dispenser in the bathroom was empty, and we had to go to the front desk just to ask for a small piece of soap to wash ourselves. The Wi-Fi network was not available, so we had no internet access during our stay. The TV was also unusable because it required a Samsung account login, which we did not have.

Overall, the room was far below the standard expected for the price. We would not stay here again.

It's not a bad room, but it's wildly overpriced for what it is.
Pros:

Facility was easy to find and access from both directions of SR104. Room was very clean.

Cons:

Showerhead held in with some scabbed in scrapwood, pointed off to the side of the shower - hard to stand under it. No good table for setting up my gear. TV remote was basically unresponsive. Choice of channels/guide was substandard. Hard to navigate to/from rooms with housekeeping carts in the hallway. I could clearly hear people walking around in the room above me, this made it harder to get to sleep.

The bathroom door was an absolute disrepair and was completely swollen from water and falling apart. Not a health hazard, but shocking that something so obviously in disrepair was not fixed, especially since the rest of the room was in good condition

Pros:

The property was affordable for Pt Angeles. Enjoyed the coffee in the lobby.

Dirty and broken, but quick service.
Pros:

Good location and the staff were really nice. The room had a fridge and a microwave which was nice.

Cons:

My TV did not turn on. I tried everything and it wouldn’t work. The WiFi was terrible and disconnected all the time. The hotel was overall very dirty and old. Definitely not worth the cost of the hotel. I didn’t do anything besides go to my room because anything else available was out of service.

Comfortable spot to explore Olympic National Park!
Pros:

The check in process was smooth and flexible. We had a remote worker in our group and when we requested a late checkout they kindly allowed that. We appreciated the vicinity to downtown and the wharf.

It was alright for a night or two. Definitely wouldn’t stay here for longer than that. Place is a little dingy and room smells musty but it was fine for sleeping.
