Wish they would employ some smart people to man the front desk. Location and food quality are great.

Cons:

Poorly trained staff. I had booked my accommodation through booking.com and upon arrival, the front desk people took some time,10 minutes, to confirm the booking . They were busy checking if payment was already made to booking.com by me. I was trying to tell them , normally, payment is made at the time of check in, but they were not sure.
Secondly, I have stayed at this property, past 2 years atleast on 7/8 occasions. Each time, they forget to email me the invoice inspite of telling them at the time of check out. I have to once again call them and remind them. Quite annoying.

Pros:

During my 2 day stay on July 24th & 25th the front desk staff namely Sangmo,Rural,Bhum & Abhishek The Manager were Exceptionally Helpful & Courteous & at their in-house Restaurant Service was Excellent .
Rooms were clean & tidy and comfortable.

Cons:

My booking done via this app wasn't available on their system hence while checking in there was slight confusion after that everything was sorted out.
Please provide a chair in the room.
