The location! The look the rooms and restaurant below! The room also looked bigger than the picture which was awesome! Also the safety system behind the the room card and how you copayment go on other floors if you weren’t staying on that floor! Helped me feel at ease being a single mom 🤗
Not much to dislike
Very big room, lots of space and very friendly service! Close to everything you want to do in Auckland CBD and close to the station if you want to go anywhere else!
Really big room with sofa, armchair and desk. Plenty of power points in just the right places. Well appointed kitchen with microwave, cooktop and oven. Great shower.

I was happy with everything
Short walk to Spark Arena. Room was clean and well equipped. The staff were great to deal with and very pleasant and helpful.
We were on the ground floor this time and found it much noisier than other times we have stayed on upper levels. Obviously no fault of the hotel but something to be mindful about if you’re a light sleeper.
Good location to Spark arena, good size for families and good communication prior. Good shower pressure and friendly staff.
Check in was delayed 2 hours because room was not ready. Offered a drink at the bar but didnt offer anything for all the guests in the booking. Delays frustrating with kids in the group especially. Room had rubbish under the bed. While waiting noticed alot of check ins that day had issues.
