2 room apartment, was everything we needed for ourselves and 1 daughter. Will book again.
Pros:

Easy parking. Roomy bathroom and bedrooms. Small kitchenette was handy as we cooked and ate breaky there.

The TV in the room was not connecting and the staff helped to move me into another room, the location is also great

I would stay again, location is perfect, close to city centre, waterfront and transport hub.
Pros:

Great location, easy walk into city centre.

Cons:

Only the large towels were changed each day. The bath mat was left on the floor, cups were left dirty, and the coffee and tea were not refilled each day

overall everything was good and staff were very lovely.
Pros:

The property was very good, and close to shops and cafes in town. The room was lovely.

Cons:

The rooms weren’t soundproof, and hearing the neighbours tv wasn’t of my liking:)

We were there for a good time not a long time lol as in, here for a gig!!!
Pros:

The best thing going for it is how close to Spark Arena it is.

Cons:

Heat Pump wasn't working properly. Using the remote would turn it off so we couldn't use it.

Very clean and quiet

Cons:

I think having a bigger kettle, some wine glasses and a few snacks in the room would have been a special touch and also there was no information on the coffee table about Wi-Fi and facilities close by

Quiet, good location and comfortable.
Pros:

We enjoyed our stay at Oaks. Everything was working good, the location is perfect, just 10-min walk to the wharf and the train station. We were worried about the noise, because the windows were to the alley with the restaurants, but it was quiet in the night.

Cons:

The only very small thing - I missed some vegetables in the breakfast buffet. The buffet is small (but it seems normal in NZ hotels), but there’s for everyone something to choose from.
