Location was very desirable. Right near the CBD. Lovely heating as well
The shower could be cleaned better. I was happy for the price I paid as I managed to grab a room at a very cheap price. However just annoying when the pricing always changing as I had to cancel my booking and rebook just to get a better price
Great location and spacious rooms. Soaps in the bathrooms were lovely too.
Carpet could use a vacuum and very loud both with noise from the hallway and outside. Restaurant attached was also a bit disappointing.

No free parking you have to pay for night parking each night roughly 30 NZD.
The location was excellent for what we were doing. The bathroom was large and lots of hot water. The room was spacious and clean.

No toilet brush in the bathroom, room wasn’t serviced - housekeeping came at about 9.30am in the morning while someone was using the bathroom and never came back despite being advised we would like the towels changed etc and being advised when we vacated the room for the day.
Very nice staff , my go to stay when I go to auckland, always helpful and friendly!
