Excellent stay
Pros:

Febronia and Nagaiya were so welcoming and the whole experience was beyond expectations. The two girls at the restaurant were so well trained and professional. the gentleman at the restaurant there who got me the hot tea was a blessing. Overall a great experience

Cons:

They should look at drainage system. I am not sure how the receptionist is standing with bad smell. I am surprised how Ginger has not managed. The entire hotel has this smell and toilets inside. Only bedroom doesn’t have

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The service was excellent. The staff members, particularly Mr. Rajesh, Ms. Febronia, Ms. Bella were very professional, Friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The Room service and restaurant staffs were really amazing. Overall it was a great experience, and I would definitely like to come back again in future. Highly recommended !
