The staff were very nice.
In particular Gresham and Akhil made sure that we had packed sandwiches and fruit pieces as we had to checkout early and couldn’t stay back for the breakfast
Mr Sivaprakash helped us with arrangement of transportation.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. A special thanks to Mr. Nagaiya, the Maintenance Supervisor, for his outstanding support and professionalism. He was prompt, courteous, and ensured everything was in perfect working order. His dedication and attention to detail made a real difference to our experience. Highly recommended, and I look forward to staying here again!

A dream like experience, the stay was exceptional, can't explain in words. People here will make you feel at home. They will behave as a sister, a brother, a guide. Veronica was there for us from the very first moment. She loves and caress my son like she have known him from a very long time. For her I could have my breakfast on time, as she helped me with him. Rupa was there to take care of our food , especially the children. The breakfast spread was really impressive. For every age group,, every temperament, one can find food. I could feed my son (9 month) tiny bits of these e.g Pongal, pancake, moong chilli, idling, hot and cold milk. For this special thanks goes to Mr. Pandurangan, the Chef. And Mr. Sivaprakash was supervising all this matter very meticulously, so that no guests face any issues. He was himself looking after the toaster. Nikita, Nitish, Steven all were super helpful. We booked the queen rooms for our stay, but it was congested for the 2 adults and 2 kids. So we had an room upgrade for free. Febronia helped us in this matter. She understood our problem like a family member.
Coming back to the property, it is super clean, bathrooms are up to date with toiletries provided. One won't feel any problem regarding drinking water, it is provided in the rooms and there is a pantry in each floor also where there is provision for hot, normal and cold water. Preparation of tea and coffee in the rooms was made easy. Above all, more than the materials, the behavior of each and every one amazed us. Loved to stay here!!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was courteous, friendly, and always ready to help The rooms were clean, spacious and well maintained. The check-in and check-out process was smooth with the help of front office staff especially Febronia, Nikitha, Nitish and Greeshma. And the breakfast was delicious with a good varieties of options, thanks to Siva Prakash Sir, Gopal, Akhil, Veronica and Steven for making me comfortable at the dining area, those dining experiences makes every meal memorable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great stay. Overall it is was comfortable and pleasent experience.

They made our check-in seamless and were incredibly welcoming.Dining: Restaurant Manager Siva Prakesh and his team—including Veronica, Rupa, and Nagaiya—were extremely humble, attentive, and helpful throughout our meals.Food: The food was absolutely delicious and full of flavor. Kudos to Chef Pandurang and his team for the great culinary experience!Highly recommended for anyone visiting Pondicherry. We will definitely return!
