My stay in Ginger Hotel was really great and the staffs were really helpful and kind especially Mrs Veronica,Steven,Maphi and also from Reception Febronia. And also their Restaurant Manager Shiva Prakash. And Mr.Nagaya is very helpful

Location is good and accessible to marjor part of Pondicherry.

Cons:

I have stayed at the Ginger hotel in Kazhakootam, Kerala. Compared to that hotel, the Ginger hotel in Pondicherry was not that clean, and the toilet was old with stains.

The staff was very cooperative and the food was delicious. The location of the property is fair as it is surrounded by various public transport stops and other facilities like shops and restaurants.

Cons:

The hygiene in the rooms can be improved. Further, the range of toiletries provided in the rooms can be increased. Further, the room lighting and the mattress quality can be improved.
