Cons:

I’ve booked 2 rooms, hotel confirmed only single room. Even sent a mail along with the booking confirmation to the property, no response received.

Secondly I’ve given clear instructions to the receptionist that the payment should be deducted from the credit card I’ve give at the time of booking and do not demand any payment from the guest, still the receptionist has demanded the payment from the guest at the time of check in. That was an embarrassing situation for me.

Can’t expect such a poor service from such a reputed hotel.

Very poor service and response, non professional approach.

Pros:

There is one staff who asked me to come down to have dinner instead of having dinner at my room. I came to know later from other staff later that there are no such rules. May be there is staff shortage in your Pimpri location.
