la ubicacion y el tamaño de la habitacion
buena limpieza, instalaciones correctas
el personal amable
cafe a disposicion en el hall

los colchones de la habitacion necesitan cambio urgente
el desayuno muy pobre respecto a hoteles similares, inclusive pasteleria de hace dias "incomible", falta de variedad
uno de los ascensores fuera de servicio lo que demoraba tomar el que funcionaba

Todo excelente: desayuno en un lugar tranquilo y luminoso, las camas con sábanas de excelente calidad, las toallas bien gruesas, la amplitud de la habitación y, sobre todo, la calidez de todo el personal, todos 10 pts. Lo pasamos súper bien, vamos a volver.

Nada, nos fuimos más que conformes.

La mampara del baño filtraba agua al piso y el bidet no funcionaba bien. El gimnasio tiene caminadora y escalador en mal estado.
