Overall it was actually very comfortable, super clean. No complaints about the staff, they were very friendly. The breakfast was really good as well.
At one point the outside lock stopped working and I had to keep resetting my key each time I wanted to get in my room on the first day. However, they switched me to a different room and it was taken care of so I can’t complain.

The shuttle was great. It was convenient. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The room was spacious.
I wish there were eateries near by, where you did not have to take a form of transportation.

Hotel set unnecessary hold on Card (more then duoble of the total costs) and they did not release it after checkout.

Cleanness was not too good, dishes in the kitchen were dirty.
Suite booked for 3 persons had only two chairs!

I booked three rooms months in advance for the night before our family cruise, and this hotel was a huge disappointment.
The shuttle service was a mess. We were repeatedly told it would arrive in “10 minutes,” but waited over an hour with a total of 14-15 people. The rooms weren’t ready when we arrived, and one of our reservations was somehow lost after I was given a digital key. I did not get any of the rooms that I had pre-selected on the app. Staff seemed confused and overwhelmed. It was after 4:30 when we got the last room.
To make matters worse, the air conditioning in my room didn’t work, and no one came to fix it, forcing me to move rooms. The rooms were dated, smelled musty, and were not as advertised.
Looks great in the photos, but the reality was far different. I would not stay here again.
Small but fulfilling
No restraints near buy we had to take a Uber to go out. We just ordered pizza.
