The Best Hotel stay I’ve had in Years!
Pros:

The breakfast was delicious. Plenty of choices to keep everyone happy and satisfied.

Cons:

The app for leaving a tip didn’t work well for me. I know you are a no cash hotel. I did leave a $5.00 cash tip on the table. The room was beautiful and clean. Felt safe and comfortable. Perhaps let people leave tip on credit card when you check out.

Bom custo beneficio.

Cons:

O quarto estava com alguns problemas, a geladeira fazia um barulho impossível de dormir, até desligamos ela durante a noite. A cafeteira estava quebrada. O sofá cama é muito desconfortável.

Room was comfortable and bed was great.

Cons:

The shower was too hot and couldn't cool it down. The shower would not drain and took forever to drain. Also, it took 7 CALLS with the phone ringing 20 times each call before the operator picked up to request a shuttle pick up. Then the shuttle was an hour before they showed up.
