Hotel was an excellent one...with dedicated staff , good ambience, well maintained. Their breakfast buffet had a very good spread. An excellent place to stay in Amritsar with family🙂

Everything went well during stay, but bill not received.
Pros:

Breakfast was good but more items may be added. Room was too big. Staff were supporting . In dinner ala carta prices were higher and qty served was much more than a normal person can eat. So if qty is reduced with price too, it will be better for senior citizens like me.

Cons:

Billing system. I requested for Invoice for the stay and payment made. But till date not received.

Pros:

The location & food was ok

Cons:

Reception Staff was rude, no water provided at reception on request when returned from scorching heat. Was told go to your room & drink. Air-conditioners were not working properly. On request to repair not much was done. We said change the room, that request was ignored. A standing fan was put in the room on request to survive through the night. The drive is 11hrs+ to & back. No good night sleep. No proper accomodation. Most pathetic experience.

Wonderful front office team
Pros:

Outstanding service! A huge thank you to Mr. Ankit and the front office team for taking such wonderful care of us. They were always a call away, ready to assist with any guidance, last-minute requests, or special service. Highly recommended!

Cons:

The food was great, but the F&B service timing needs better oversight to avoid recurring delays (detailed feedback shared with Mr. Suneet). Also, commitments made by senior staff should be honored, retracting a verbal assurance a few hours later breaks guest trust

Good value for money, great location and staff
Pros:

Very helpful staff, especially Mehak helped me align my booking with my flight times. They were very accommodating.

Cons:

I spent less than a day at the property, and overall everything was fine.
